The Episode starts with Deepa asks Karthik to sit and gets scared thinking what if he found the truth of Hima and Sourya are twins. Deepa goes to get him tea.
Durgaprasad thinks today field work will be over and tomorrow I must go to Deepa house with rice bag because they won’t accept my money, please god let me live until I see Deepa and Sourya in good position than he thinks where is this Bhagyalakshmi went and calls her out from bathroom.
Bhagyalakshmi counts the money in bathroom and says won’t disturb me ,I might miss the count. Durga prasad asks what. Bhagyalakshmi thinks he might promote me as mad and asks him to leave. Durgaprasad leaves and Thinks to asks Aditya to take psychiatric appointment. Bhagyalakshmi forgets the count so she will count again.
Sourya goes to Deepa too and says I’m leaving to home. Hima nods ok. Sourya asks do you really want me to leave. Hima says I thought you won’t like here. Sourya says I came here fo you but how can I stay if you can’t talk with me. Hima says I feel not to talk with anyone that’s why I denies to come Vantalakka house too.
 Sourya cries saying that’s why I’m scared ,even you think us we are outsiders like doctor babu. Hima says no and asks her to don’t cry. Sourya says we are treating you like family but you’re treating us like outsider. Hima says she never think them in that way. Sourya about to leave saying she will never visit her. Hima stops her and assures her that she feel them as her family. Sourya asks why are you behaving in this way and asks her the reason.
Hima thinks about Karthik lie about her mom and stays silent. Sourya says I won’t force you but you have to tell me before I leave. Once Sourya left the room Hima thinks how can I tell this to anyone? Who’s my real mother if that photo one is not my mom? Whole family knows who’s my mom but they are not saying to me than why should I tell the matter I know.
Bhagyalakshmi counts 20lakhs and says now people will call me as lakhs holder and she arranged 1crore and lost her conscious in happiness.
Deepa gives him Coffee and thinks mostly Sourya might reveal the truth to him now he will kick me. Karthik drinks the water like Coffee. Deepa says that to him. Karthik keeps the glass aside. Deepa asks why you came here. Karthik goes near Deepa and holds her hand and request her to come to their home. Deepa feels happy and Is it real that you want me back in your house.
 Karthik leaves her hand saying it’s not for Permanent. Deepa says you ruined my hopes in minutes and can you tell me why I have to visit your house. Karthik says for my daughter, for me my daughter happiness is matter that’s why I came here.
Deepa says how can you found happiness in normal house like me. Karthik says you can think anything but tomorrow is Hima’s favourite festival Vinayak Chaviti so please come to home and go. Deepa in tears says for your daughter happiness you will come to our house and take my daughter for her but I cant bring Sourya to your place if she wants and Sourya can’t call you dad. Karthik asks her to stop blaming him. Deepa says won’t I bearing your blames?
Precap – Karthik says when will Hima change like before. Mounitha assures him that she will treat Hima psychologically. Deepa says don’t link everything with your treatment, feelings and emotions won’t need tablets, we have to treat with words.
