The episode starts with Karthik sees Deepa and worrying about Deepa and thinking to himself that he would do everything to save Deepa. Deepa is shown to be praying to God about convincing Karthik to go to his parents.
Charu Seela comes and greets Deepa. Deepa invites Charu Seela to come into the house. Karthik teases Deepa why are they not caring about him. Deepa and Charu Seela also tease Karthik.
Pandari says that Deepa and Charu Seela are pretty close and they worry about each other. Karthik agrees. Karthik asks Pandari what might Deepa and Karthik be talking about? Pandari says he will find out after they come out. Karthik agrees.
Sourya says to Hemachandra about her search for her parents. She says don’t know when I will find my parents. Hemachandra thinks they are seeing you but not coming in front of you and you guys can meet them if your mom’s health gets better or if your Dad’s thinking process gets changed. Shourya asks him if he knows Doctor Charuseela. He says he doesn’t know and asks if she has any problem. Shourya says no, I asked her to search for my parents so you too please check for them with me whenever you’re free. Hemachandra agrees. He asks if can he take her photo. Shourya says you need my parent’s photo so I will send it from Grandmother’s phone. He says he already has their photo and says he needs her photo to tell her parents that he knows her showing her photo if he finds them. Shourya says a good idea and takes a selfie with him. She asks if can they search for her parents now. He says they can search from tomorrow onwards.
On another side, Deepa requests Charuseela to make Karthik reunite with his family. Charuseela thinks I thought she will make me marry Karthik knowing her condition but why she is talking in this way? She asks whats she talking about. Deepa says I know my health condition and Karthik will be alone if something happens to me so make him reunite with his family if I die. Charuseela asks won’t she has another thought. Deepak says Karthik wants to stay where ever I stay but it’s not possible and I didn’t contact Soundarya thinking Karthik won’t like it. Charuseela says don’t call them as he doesn’t like it. Deepa forcefully takes Charuseela’s promise to reunite Karthik with his family. Charuseela thinks it’s a promise that I will marry Karthik.
Indrudu asks Chandramma to give him tea. Chandramma says she is not free. He asks how she liked the new house. Chandramma says nothing is ours and this family is so good and sometimes I feel to tell them the truth. Indrudu says they have to hide the truth in themselves for Karthik. He sees Hima there. Chandramma thinks Hima might have heard everything what they are talking about. Hima comes and apologises to Indrudu and Chandramma about the dining table incident. Hima gives an explanation to Indrudu and Chandramma. Indrudu and Chandramma forgive Hima. Indrudu says to Hima that she is just like Sourya to them. Indrudu says to Hima that he will talk to Sourya so that she will forgive her. Hima thanks Sourya for it. Hima leaves from there.
Karthik says to Pandari that he wants to talk to Deepa alone. Pandari leaves from there hearing this. Karthik gets angry with Deepa’s adamant behaviour as she wants to send Karthik to Soundarya and Anandrao. Charu Seela hides from Karthik and Deepa and looks at them. Karthik says to Deepa that he will not leave her no matter what happens. While they are talking Karthik gets a selfie of Hema Chandra and Sourya. Karthik seeing Sourya forgets his anger and shows the photo to Deepa. Deepa says to Karthik that he loves his family so much then why isn’t he going to them. Karthik says to Deepa that he loves her and his life and death are with her.
Charu Seela seeing their love for each other thinks she has to work hard to marry Karthik.
Hima complains to Anandrao that Sourya is not believing her no matter what she says. Indrudu is shown to be convincing Sourya to forgive Hima.

Precap – Soundarya makes Indrudu swear on Chandramma and asks Indrudu about Karthik and Deepa and where are they? Anji brings Soundarya to the address she told him. Karthik is shown to be coming out of his house and Soundarya sees him.
