The episode starts with Deepa saying to Karthik to leave her and go to Soundarya and say that she died in the car accident. Karthik asks Deepa how can it happen as he is going to die. Deepa asks Karthik to stop acting and says she knows everything. Deepa says she heard them talking when they thought she was sleeping in the hospital. Karthik says nothing like that will happen and asks her to stay silent. Soundarya leaves from there. Hema Chandra asks Karthik and Deepa if they saw how Soundarya is suffering because of them. Hema Chandra asks Karthik if they still don’t want to meet her. Karthik says he wants to meet Soundarya but they couldn’t because of their circumstances.
Hima is shown to be searching for Karthik and Deepa but she doesn’t get any leads. Pandari runs into a passerby and drops vegetables. Hima comes and helps Pandari. Pandari thanks Hima. Hima thinks Pandari might know and searches for her to ask about Karthik and Deepa but she doesn’t see Pandari.
Karthik gives medicine to Deepa. Deepa asks Karthik why is he giving medicine to her and comments on her health. Deepa asks Karthik not to talk like that. Deepa asks Karthik what will he do after she dies? Karthik stays silent. Deepa says after she knew that she is going to die she is only thinking of one thing i.e. to make him reunite with his family. Karthik says to Deepa that he will do everything that he can to save her and says he will stay with her even if death comes. Deepa says she is living worry free thinking that after her death he is there to take care of Sourya and Hima. Deepa asks Karthik if he is going to die with him then how can she leave this world peacefully. Karthik comforts Deepa and says he is going to be with her and asks Deepa to believe that he will save her. Pandari overhears them talking and prays to God for Deepa.
Sourya asks Indrudu to sit with them to eat lunch. Indrudu says there is no need. Anandrao asks Indrudu and Chandramma to join them to eat the food. After Indrudu and Chandramma join them. Hima recalls Karthik and Deepa and says to Anandrao that she is not liking this. Hima says she is not liking them sitting like this eating food instead of searching for Karthik and Deepa. Sourya misunderstands Hima and blames Hima that she doesn’t want to eat the food with Indrudu and Chandramma that’s why she is taking her parent’s name and stopped eating the food. Hima says to Sourya that she is misunderstanding. Sourya asks Indrudu and Chandramma to get up and they will eat elsewhere. Anandrao tries to stops them but Sourya takes Indrudu and Chandramma away.
Charu Seela thinks of how to make Deepa believe that she is only one for Karthik after she dies.
Karthik thinks he will not allow Deepa to die no matter what. Deepa prays to God for her family’s well being.

Precap – Deepa to come to Charu Seela and says she is worried about what will happen to Karthik after she dies. Charu Seela asks Deepa not to talk like that. Deepa asks Charu Seela to take care of Karthik if something happens to her. Deepa takes Charu Seela’s word for it. Karthik comes to his house and calls for Deepa.
