The episode starts with Karthik praying to God on behalf of Deepa’s health. Karthik asks God to show him the way to save Deepa. Karthik gives Aarti to God. Deepa hears the sound of someone giving Aarti to God. Deepa tries to get up from the bed but she couldn’t because she feels weak. Deepa worries about Karthik not going to his parents. Karthik comes to Deepa to give Aarti to her. Deepa wakes up from the bed and sits on the bed seeing Karthik. Deepa understands that Karthik did the Pooja for her. Deepa asks Karthik about it. Karthik says yes and says he prayed to God for her well being. He says he also asked God to take him if he wants Deepa’s life. Deepa asks Karthik to not talk like that. Karthik comments on it and tells her not to worry.
Soundarya comes to meet Charu Seela. Soundarya shows the prescription to Charu Seela and asks Charu Seela if she wrote this prescription for Sourya. Sounadarya says to Charu Seela that she thought this prescription is written by her son as the handwriting looks exactly like her son’s. Charu Seela says to Soundarya that this is her handwriting. Soundarya is about to leave but Charu Seela asks Soundarya if she doesn’t have any problem by her calling Aunty. Soundarya says to Charu Seela that when she calls her aunty she recalls about Mounitha. Soundarya says to Charu Seela that she can call aunty and leaves from there. Charu Seela thinks she did the right thing by comparing her with Mounitha.
Soundarya gets ready to search for Karthik and Deepa. Soundarya calls Indrudu and asks him to come with her to search for Karthik and Deepa. Indrudu gets worried and says he has some work to do. Soundarya calls Chandramma and makes Indrudu swear on Chandramma. Soundarya says to Indrudu that he is looking tensed the same way when she asked him about the hand writing. Soundarya says to Indrudu that now he will reveal the truth as he loves Chandramma. Soundarya asks Indrudu to tell her if he knows anything about Karthik and Deepa. Indrudu swears on Chandramma and says to Soundarya that he doesn’t know where they are and he has never seen them. Soundarya feels disappointed hearing this and leaves from there.
Soundarya goes to a street called Kothapeta to search for Karthik and Deepa. Anandrao calls Soundarya to find out if she has any news about Karthik and Deepa. He says he felt that she has news about Karthik and Deepa. Sounadarya hearing this says to Anandrao to pray for that. Soundarya asks Anji to search every house.
Karthik wakes up and sees that Deepa is cooking. Karthik asks Deepa why is she cooking and where is Pandari. Deepa makes a request to Karthik that she wants to be happy until she dies and asks Karthik to act like she is not ill. Karthik doesn’t agree at first but later gets convinced. Soundarya goes to a house.
