The episode starts with Karthik asking Hema Chandra if it will be good if they take Deepa to America for treatment. Hemachandra says you’re a famous cardiologist and we thought everything is perfect after surgery then why have complications been raised in Deepa’s case?
Karthik says he didn’t know why Deepa got a heart stroke again and I’m not getting what was happening in Deepa’s case that’s why sent her case sheet to other specialists and they were too confused. Hemanchandra says they are missing something and asks Karthik to not lose hope. Karthik says he may say in that way as a doctor but is not able to think in that way as a husband. Hemachandra advises Karthik to think as a Doctor to cure Deepa’s problem and we are missing something so learn what’s it then we don’t need to take her to a foreign.
Hima takes Sourya to the place where she saw their parents. Sourya asks her to stop lying. Hima says she is saying the truth and asks Sourya to trust her. Sourya says you’re lying, you don’t like Babai and Pinni. Hima says you’re not trusting me, Grandparents will return after a week and let’s search every house this week and if we find them then you have to return home with us. Sourya asks if they leave her alone if they didn’t find their parents. Hima agrees to the deal.
Karthik and Deepa return home and get shocked to see Mounitha. Karthik says Mounitha. Mounitha says she felt good hearing her name from his mouth and tells him that she was worried for him in the jail and come to see him directly from the jail. Mounitha says she is also going to stay with them from now onwards. Deepa lashes out at her and warns her to leave. Mounitha refuses. Karthik asks Mounitha to leave. Mounitha says she is back to get him in her life. Deepa gets hyper. Mounitha says don’t shout otherwise you will die quickly. Karthik and Deepa get surprised. Mounitha says I know you guys are surprised thinking how I know it but I know what happens in your lives and I saw her reports and Deepa is going to die soon.
Karthik asks Mounitha to stop talking bullshit. Mounitha says the reports are correct that’s why you stayed here away from the family and its a good move and after Deepa’s death we can stay here. Karthik says nothing will happen to Deepa. Mounitha asks him to stop acting as I know Deepa won’t survive as Charu seela informed me. Karthik asks how she knows Charu seela. Mounitha says Charu Seela is the person whom I send to take care of Karthik and she is my informer so informed everything to me. Karthik tries to slap Mounitha. Deepa stops him.
Deepa tells Mounitha that she will die after killing her. Mounitha says don’t get anxious otherwise you will die soon than expected. Karthik asks Mounitha to not talk about Deepa’s death. He tells her “Deepa won’t survive long, my life is linked with Deepa so I will die along with Deepa”, so you can’t get me. Mounitha asks what about her situation if he dies with Deepa. She asks Deepa to confront Karthik. Deepa asks Mounitha to shut up. Karthik asks Mounitha to leave.
Mounitha says you guys are thinking in the wrong way. She asks Deepa to stay happily with Karthik until she is alive and requests her to give Karthik to her after her death. She asks what’s her problem in it. Deepa says you’re a problem to us. Karthik asks Mounitha to get out. Deepa pushes Mounitha out. Mounitha asks Deepa to not worry about Karthik after her death as she will take care of him. Deepa gets mad. Karthik stops her. Mounitha leaves asking Karthik to take care of Deepa until she is alive.
