The episode starts with Kashi saying Krishna Rao had scopes to tell the truth but he didn’t. So she will tell everyone the truth. She leaves and Kaveri gets shocked hearing everything. Kashi gets disturbed and cries. Kaveri goes to talk to Radha. Kashi recalls Krishna Rao’s confession and she messes up her room in frustration. She says how will she choose between her husband and her brother. Radha says soon everyone will learn the truth that Kashi is not innocent. Yeshubai will also know that Kashi is saving a criminal. Kaveri says but Kashi told she will expose Krishna Rao. Radha says Kashi is selfish and she won’t expose her brother. She will get punished for her deed and Baji will throw her out of the wada soon. She won’t be called a successful Peshwin.
Kashi says how to choose between Peshwin’s duty and sister’s duty. Krishnarao recalls how Baji punished the traitors and he says he can’t face Bajirao’s anger. He gets stressed. Kashi says she is in a fix and what will she do now. She saves the diya from getting blown off. She asks God what sign he wants to give. Krishnarao decides to commit suicide or else he has to run away. Baji waits for Kashi and thinks why she just left the celebration suddenly in the middle. Kashi comes to him and he asks her she was talking about her conditions but now she herself disrespected him by leaving the function. There are lots of issues going on in Saswad and she just cares about the conditions. Kashi tries to talk to him but he says he has other important things to do. She and Krishna Rao both are irresponsible.
Kashi says she is not and she wants to talk to him about the treasurer issue only. She says she sent her recruits behind Krishna Rao and got to learn who is involved behind the conspiracy and is helping the traitor. She says the person who is helping Atmaram is none other than Krishna Rao only, her brother. He asks her does she have idea what she is saying. Kashi says she knows that and being the Peshwin she wants Krishna Rao to get strict punishment for betraying his state. She gets emotional and says she will not be weak but wants to decide the punishment for Krishna Rao instead of Baji. Baji tells her to bring Krishna Rao in front of him and he allows her to punish her brother.
Kashi goes to call Krishna Rao and finds his letter which states that he can’t face Bajirao’s fierce side thus he is running away and he also knows Kashi can’t forgive him. Kashi gets shocked reading that and there Baji tells Radha about Kashi’s act and Radha says he should both punish Kashi and Krishnarao. Baji says he trusts Kashi and he thinks she is not involved in this. She herself told him the truth and wants to punish Krishna Rao.
Radha says this is all her plan to gain Bajirao’s trust. Baji learns Krishna Rao ran away and Radha provokes him saying Kashi helped her brother only by distracting Baji with her drama. Kashi comes and says Radha is not saying wrong as anyone can think the same that she helped her brother run away. Baji goes to talk to her alone and tells her that she did a crime by helping a traitor and she is equally responsible for betraying the state. He says he thought she will leave Saswad with respect but she did the opposite. Kashi gets hurt hearing that.
