As we at Gossips Tv exclusively reported, Akshay Bindra has been roped in to play the male lead opposite Pranali Rathod. Now, the channel has officially released a promo introducing them as Ronak and Prarthna, setting the stage for a new love story.
The promo showcases Prarthna as a top-scoring student, dedicated to her studies. She is the daughter of a priest and also the daughter of Rajvansh (Abrar Qazi) and Poorvi (Rachi Sharma), who tragically lost their lives in the previous generation. Meanwhile, Ronak is a wealthy yet humble man and a close friend of Prarthna. Despite their deep bond, they remain unaware of their true feelings for each other, setting the foundation for a heartwarming romantic journey.
Adding to the excitement, a source close to the production revealed that the show might incorporate a few elements inspired by Ekta Kapoor’s legendary drama Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi.
Since its premiere in 2014, Kumkum Bhagya has remained a fan favorite, thanks to its compelling storytelling and unforgettable characters.
