Episode starts with Kuldeep suggesting Shubhra to expand Sadashiv’s business. He states that he is in need of money and wants to get rid of Samaira too. He insists her to begin Sadashiv’s business together, but she tells him that Madhura won’t agree. He gets upset, while she tries to console him by saying that she will talk to Madhura regarding it and soon she will forgive him. He hugs her, as she cries remembering her father.
Here, Shubhra have a conversation with Madhura. She says that she wants to fulfill Sadashiv’s last wish by handling his business. Madhura gets happy and encourages Shubhra. She thinks about something and ask how can she manage to handle whole of the business by herself? To which Shubhra replies that Kuldeep will be there to help her. Madhura gets furious and denies that she won’t let Sadashiv’s murderer to handle his business. Shubhra tries to make her understand but she stays firm on her decision. Shubhra promises that they won’t touch Sadashiv’s money and will only work on his business but still Madhura denies. She keeps blaming Kuldeep for her husband’s death.
Shubhra cries and tries to explain Madhura. Meanwhile, latter accuses Shubhra for trying to bring Kuldeep back into their life. Shubhra says that he is her husband and father of her kids. Madhura declares that she won’t let him stay along with herself.
Elsewhere, Shubhra was about to leave while Madhura stops and feeds her. She shows concern regarding Shubhra, while latter reminds her about their deal that she will handle her father’s business, meanwhile Madhura will not blame Kuldeep as Sadashiv’s murderer till she find any proof. Madhura agrees to her.
Shubhra calls Sanjana asking about her where abouts. Sanjana replies that she is busy and is not in her house. Shubhra gets worried thinking where to keep Rishi and Roli? She tries to make them understand and ask them tk stay with Madhura, but they denies and requests to go to Kuldeep. She reminds them about Samaira and her danger, but they pleads her stating that they will handle her.
Ahead, Shubhra calls Kuldeep and notify that kids wants to come there. He allows them, while Rishi and Roli gets happy. Kuldeep gives his best wishes to Shubhra for joining Sadashiv’s business, while she apprises him about her deal with Madhura that she won’t blame Kuldeep for her father’s death. Kuldeep encourages Shubhra and sates that he is always their for her, while latter gets emotional.
Rishi and Roli visits Samaira’s house and gets excited to see Chandrani. They have fun, while Samaira comes there and tries to talk to them, but Chandrani ask them to be statue. Samaira tries to make them say, but Chandrani doesn’t allow her. Samaira gets frustrated and leaves from there.
Further, Shubhra and Madhura gets emotional remembering Sadashiv. Shubhra talks to the staff of Sadashiv’s company and tells them about the base of the company. She states that her father started business when she was born and have reached height of sucess through his hardwork. She requests them to be with her like they were with Sadashiv and promises to continue his league. She declares that they will make his company reach height of sucess and ask for their help.
