The episode starts with Shashi saying to Kiran that she is a perfect daughter-in-law. Kiran says that she thought Shashi was with her. She doesn’t like Puja. Shashi says to her that she isn’t talking about Puja but Ishani. Sulochana exchanged Ishani’s horoscope. Her horoscope is similar to Parvathy. They thought whatever happened in Shiv’s life because of Ishani. But the truth is, whatever happened in his life, Ishani saved him from everything. Kiran says that she doesn’t care about her horoscope. She won’t forget whatever she did to their family. Meanwhile, the doctor checks Shiv and tells him that he has a fast recovery. Shiv tells him that he feels tired sitting inside the room. He wants to go out of this room. The doctor gives credit to Ishani for his fast recovery. She says to him that she didn’t do much but followed his instructions. He asks her to continue his medicine.
Shiv says to Ishani that she shouldn’t expect him to thank her for it. It happened because of her. Ishani says to him that she isn’t expecting anything from him. Doesn’t he like to torture her? She asks him to get well asap. Later, Ishani works in the kitchen. Oil spills down from her hand. She leaves to bring the clothes to clean the floor. Dimple got there without noticing the oil. Ishani tries to alert her. She slips down but Ishani holds her on time. Unfortunately, Ishani’s head hits the floor and turns unconscious. Shiv and Randeep rush there and are shocked to see her state. Shiv takes Ishani from there. Later, Shiv worries about Ishani. He asks Randeep why she isn’t becoming conscious. He assures him that she will wake up asap. He holds her hand and caresses it. Ishani gains consciousness. Shiv hugs her and expresses his happiness with her for got her consciousness. Ishani is surprised to see his act.
Dimple thanked Ishani for saving her baby and her today. She says that she helped her a lot. Randeep used to tell her that Ishani was a nice person. She cares for everyone, but she doesn’t trust him. She was wrong. She thanked her. Ishani says to her that they are family. She doesn’t want to thank her. Kiran notices it. Meanwhile, Yash shares everything with Puja. Puja says to him that Ishani cares for everyone. She would do anything for her family. If she failed to convince Jagdish, then he wouldn’t have agreed to this wedding. Yash agrees to it. He tells her if they don’t agree, let’s elope from home. Puja says to him that she doesn’t want to elope from home. She won’t do anything which brings shame to their family. Yash asks her. Will she marry anyone else if her mom doesn’t agree to this wedding? She tells him that she will wait for their permission. But she won’t marry anyone else. Taneja and Kiran overheard their conversation. Taneja says that both Ishani and Puja are precious. She doesn’t need anymore proof to prove it. Meanwhile, Dimple shares her grief with Randeep. He feels sorry towards her for not being with her. She says that Ishani saved her at the right time.
Randeep says to Dimple that he will give his love to his baby. He won’t let them cry in the future. He will be the best father of his child. Later, Shiv gives medicine to Ishani. She asks him if he takes his medicine? He nodded to her. Shiv hesitates to talk with her. Ishani asks him to talk with her without hesitation. Shiv thanked Ishani for saving Dimple today. Ishani pretends like she didn’t hear his voice and says it closely. He thanked her again. Ishani says that she may be dreaming today. Ishani tries to get up from bed but he doesn’t allow her to get up. Both try to get close. Dimple comes there and gives food to Ishani. She notices her behaving weirdly. Shiv asks Dimple why she is crying? Dimple tells him that she misunderstood that Ishani is the wrong person. She fails to understand her. Shiv prevents Ishani from falling down. He helps her feed her food. Yash asks Puja why she lied in the police station. Puja says to him that she wants to know why Ishani hides the truth from them. Ishani thanked Shiv for feeding the food to her.
