Zee TV’s recently launched show Lag Ja Gale stars Namik Paul and Tanisha Mehta in lead roles. The show tells about the journey of a self made young Punjabi hotelier Shiv Dhooper and a hard-working Maharashtrian girl, Ishani Kulkarni. Currently the show is gearing up for more drama.
In the previous episode, Ishani performs her dance. The local ladies laud Ishani’s dance. Sulochana becomes irritated and believes she must make preparations for Ishani or no one will attend her Puja. Sulochana suggests that Rachna introduce Shiv’s brother Yash to Rachna’s Jalwa. She requests that Rachna expose more skin so that she appears wealthy. Kiran overhears their discussion.
Randeep invites Puja to the Dhooper residence’s Holi Puja. Sashi asks Puja to bring her entire family. Sulochana asserts that they will all arrive. Rachna says she will participate in Holi with Yash. Kiran prepares to depart. Ishani approaches her to express gratitude, but she leaves without noticing him. Kiran informs Sashi that Ishani is ineligible to be her daughter-in-law.
Kiran describes Sulochana and her daughters to her. Sulochana arrives and informs them that they will arrive at the Dhooper residence on time the following day. Kiran does not respond and drives away with Sashi.
Sulochana is Ishani’s maternal aunt, not her mother, according to Sashi. Kiran does not listen. Yash, Randeep, and Shiv consume alcohol together.
They discuss the Holi festivities. Sulochana decides to teach Ishani a lesson, rather than spare her. Ishani and her mother are belittled by Sulochana. She intends to make such arrangements so that Ishani will never be observed.
Bhupen concludes a transaction with a man and receives ten lakh rupees. He gets a call from Shiv. He is shocked to see Shiv’s doppelganger in front of him.
In the upcoming episode, Puja informs Ishani that everything is predetermined and that Bappa will soon send her a clue regarding her life partner. Then, Shiv calls Ishani and asks why she sent a maroon-colored kurta for Holi. Puja calls it Bappa’s sign. Ishani stops speaking. Shiv’s lookalike gets Ishani’s adress and sneaks into her house at mid night.
