The episode starts with after fifteen years the staff’s in the house discusses about Sumeet who didn’t wake up yet to go for college. Cheeku goes to Sumeet’s room and wakes up her by singing a lohri. Sumeet wakes up and realises that she is late for her college performance and hurry up to get ready.
Raj informs the college authority to delay the farewell performance for an hour or else threaten not to give any donation to the college. Masoom’s husband questions Raj for postponing the business meeting to attend Sumeet’s college function. Raj tells that he is first Sumeet’s brother and then only a business partner. Masoom complains about Sumeet’s behaviour to Dadi.
In the college, Sumeet expresses her wish to become her mother Meet Hooda in front of everyone , and Dadi, Masoom, and her husband watch it from the house. Masoom compares both Meet and Sumeet’s lifestyle and says the latter can never become Meet. Raj praises Sumeet, saying the latter doesn’t have to become like Meet as she already looks like Sumeet. He then allows Sumeet to party with her friends but asks to take Poonam with her. Sumeet agrees.
In the house, Masoom hopes that her daughter Vani gets married soon. Vani asks Masoom not to worry about her marriage. Her dad also agrees with Vani. There, Sumeet’s friends praise Sumeet for her idea to let Poonam enjoy the hotel reserved for the party booked by Raj. She then notices a hotel owner scolding an elderly man for not doing his work properly. Sumeet plays dhol and makes the restaurant owner apologize to an elderly man. Sumeet’s admirer witnessed Sumeet’s help for that elderly man. Her friends also praise her.
Sumeet’s friend teases Sumeet for the way her brother spoils her. They also say to Sumeet that she should explore the world instead of following her brother Raj’s rule. Poonam informs Sumeet that she is stuck in traffic, which makes Sumeet worry that she may not be able to reach her house on time. Her friend says that she will book a cab for her. Sumeet agrees. Her friend tells that she is going to make Sumeet’s cab drive a memorable one.
Sumeet waits for a cab. Her admirer arrives there in a bike and tells her he is the one booked to drop her to the house and also praise her for helping that elderly man. Sumeet goes with her admirer to her house. Her admirer gets happy finally, and he has an opportunity with Sumeet. He then leaves.
Sumeet meets Poonam. Raj also arrives there and questions Poonam for her, letting Sumeet come out of the car. Sumeet lies to Raj to save Poonam. In the house, Vani notices Sumeet’s hand and learns that the latter played dhol. She scolds Sumeet, saying she knows well that the latter played dhol to help someone. Sumeet calms her down and helps her get ready to meet the guy who is coming to meet Vani with his family.
Later, Sumeet talks about Vani’s achievement to the guy and his family members. The guy’s mother finds Vanya’s hearing aid. She demands more dowry to let her son marry Vani. Masoom agrees, but Vani refuses. Raj and Sumeet support Vani’s decision. The guy family leaves. Masoom lashes out at Sumeet, saying she is the reason behind Vani losing her hearing ability. Sumeet gets sad. Raj tries to defend Sumeet, but the latter stops him. Masoom demands Sumeet to prove that she has Meet’s qualities in her by conducting Vani’s marriage before Meet’s birthday, which is in seven days. Sumeet promises to fulfil Masoom’s demand.
