The episode starts with Rekha asking Gaura where they are going instead of attending Varun’s birthday dinner. Gaura says there is an important work and takes Rekha with her. There, Twinkle goes to her parent’s house. She cries and says to her mother that Som is cheating on her, which her mother refuses to believe. Twinkle tells her mother that Kanchan told her that Som is cheating her with Gaura. Twinkle’s mother advises Twinkle not to believe both Ganga and Kanchan. Twinkle leaves getting angry, which upsets her mother.
There, Som learns through Pardeshi that Twinkle isn’t in home. He then meets his drunken father, who taunts Som for not able to keep his wives both Twinkle and Gaura on his side. Som looks at Ramesh with a painful smile on his face. Later, Som gets ready to go to Varun’s birthday dinner. Twinkle taunts Som for planning to go on a dinner date with Gaura. Som gets furious, so he decides to end his relationship with Twinkle. Twinkle mocks at Som saying that she has no interest in living with him either. Som drags Twinkle out of the house. Gaura arrives there on time and prevents Twinkle from falling to the ground. Twinkle gets furious seeing Gaura.
Gaura mocks at Som for his behaviour towards Twinkle. Twinkle accuses Gaura of having an affair with Som. Gaura clarifies the misunderstanding, saying she did nothing but helped an unconscious Som the other day. The family members arrive there. Gaura talks about two incidents that happened recently, which almost ruined Som’s reputation. She tells there are two people involved in this. Kanchan and Rahul get scared. Gaura goes to Kanchan, who pleads her not to reveal the truth, but Gaura mocks at her. She then says that both Kanchan and Rahul are behind all this. Both Som and Twinkle get shocked.
Gaura tells everyone that both Rahul and Kanchan want to ruin Som’s business, so they have done all this. She further asks Som to check Kanchan’s photo where he can able to find the morphed photo. Som sees the photo in Kanchan’s phone and gets shocked. Twinkle beats up Rahul. Some questions Kanchan, but the latter remains silent, so he asks her to leave the house the next day. He then slaps Rahul and asks him to leave the house the next day. Both Kanchan and Rahul go inside.
Gaura joins Som and Twinkle’s hand. She advises Twinkle not to lose Som’s love and then leaves. Som wonders in his mind whether Gaura is Varun’s partner. He then decides to go to Varun’s birthday dinner. There, Gaura meets Varun in the restaurant. Varun wonders where Som is. Gaura gifts Varun also tells him, on his next birthday, she will learn to bake a cake. Varun expresses his happiness. Rekha urges Gaura to make Varun cut the cake, which looks tempting. There, Som gets injured, so Twinkle takes him inside. Varun practices in his mind to propose Gaura. He then receives a message from Som, so he makes an excuse and then leaves. Rekha says to Gaura that Varun is going to tell her something important and special. Gaura refuses to believe and stares ahead.
Precap: Gaura does a hard atonement to let God help her get Rekha’s mukti. Rekha worries about Gaura and thinks the latter must be performing this atonement for someone else’s well-being, not her own.
