The episode starts with Twinkle taking care of Som who is injured. Som smiles seeing Twinkle’s care for him. Twinkle inquires whether he is feeling pain and tries to go somewhere, but Som stops her talk to her lovingly. He then tells Twinkle that he is happy that his earlier Twinkle is back. Twinkle smiles. They both then make a joke and laugh. Twinkle tells Som that she is happy to see him smile and then goes to bring him turmeric milk.
Som receives a call from Varun who inquires him about his injury and accident. Som explains to Varun everything also Twinkle’s instructions. Varun asks him to obey Twinkle’s order. Som teases Varun to practice the same for the future. Varun requested that Som to attend dinner the next day with Twinkle. Som agrees.
Gaura asks Varun the reason behind him looking worried. Varun tells Gaura about his friend’s accident. Gaura suggests canceling the dinner. Varun agrees and decides to postpone the dinner the next day. He thinks in his mind that he will get time to gather courage to propose Gaura. Rekha tells the same to Gaura, but the latter glares at her. Varun cuts the cake and feeds it to Gaura.
There, Rahul and Kanchan complain to Ganga about Som’s decision. Rahul manipulates Ganga to throw Som out of the house. Ganga slaps Rahul, shocking him and Kanchan. She then lashes out at both Kanchan and Rahul for plotting against Som who works hard to give them the good life. She further asks them both to leave the house. Both Kanchan and Rahul try to threaten Ganga, saying Rahul has equal rights in the property. Ganga scares them both by threatening to send them to prison. Kanchan and Rahul leaves.
The next day, Gaura urges Rekha to go with her to their office. Rekha complains about not getting a case and her sufferings on this earth. She further says that if there are possibilities, she will solve her own case. Gaura gets an idea and becomes happy then leaves.
Varun calls Som and reminds him about the dinner. Som assures him to take part in it with Twinkle. He also gets surprised learning that Varun hasn’t proposed his business partner yet. Varun tells he needs Som’s support. Som agrees to support Varun.
Gaura reaches the temple. She tells God’s idol that Rekha is suffering a lot and she wants her to get riddance, so pleads Maha Dev to make Chandragupta change his decision. She then lights up diya in her hand and refuses to leave until her prayer is heard. Rekha comes to the temple and wonders why Gaura is performing atonement and gets worried about Gaura’s well-being. She then gets glimpses about her past and regains her memory.
Yamduts arrives at the temple. They both tell Rekha that because of Gaura’s prayer, Chandragupta agrees to give her mukti. Rekha recalls her behaviour towards Gaura earlier days and gets upset. She then calls out Gaura. Gaura gets happy that Rekha regained her memory. Rekha blesses Gaura. Gaura gets emotional learning that Rekha is returning to paradise. Yamduts suggests Rekha to meet Som and Twinkle one last time. Rekha obliges and visits the Shukla’s house. She recalls her memories and gets emotional.
