Episode begins with many ladies arrives at Virendra’s palace to celebrate ‘karwa chauth’. Those ladies blesses Purvi. Purvi wonders that why everyone talking to her nicely like they knows her very well. On the other hand, Daksh calls Virendra and asks him about Nani’s condition. Virendra informs him that Nani doing fine now. Daksh tells him that he will reach the hospital after breaking Purvi’s fasting and disconnects the call. After some time, Doctor informs Virendra that Nani is really fine so the latter can take her home. She refuses to go home. Doctor suggests to admit her for tonight. She tells him that, that’s really good idea. Virendra thinks that seems like Nani doing this deliberately to stop him from reaching home.
Later, Chandni gets mesmerized seeing Virendra. She imagines them in Salim and Anarkali costume and tells him that she kept fasting for him. Then she comes to the reality and goes to him. Juhi and Manas comes there and hugs Virendra. Kids shows Purvi to Virendra. He gets mesmerized seeing her ( Yoon Shabnami song plays in the background ). Purvi comes and stares Virendra. Juhi compliments Purvi. Purvi asks him about Nani. He recalls that how Doctor agreed to give sleeping pills to Nani so she can sleep peacefully. He asks her to worry about Nani and informs her that Nani sleeping peacefully after taking medicines so he will bring her home tomorrow.
Ladies gets ready to begin ‘Karwa chauth’ ritual ( Dekho Chaand Aaya song plays in the background ). Purvi and Daksh compliments each other. Ladies begins ‘Karwa chauth’ puja. Virendra stands behind Purvi. Juhi makes Daksh bend so Purvi sees Virendra’s face after seeing the moon. Purvi gets glimpse of her last ‘Karwa chauth’. Virendra thinks that he is her moon. Daksh tells Purvi that he is really hungry and he is about to give water to Purvi. Manas collides with them deliberately and Virendra makes Purvi drink the water. Then Virendra gives chocolate to Daksh and Purvi. He thinks that he broke Purvi’s fasting.
Sudha tells Veer that she wants her gift now. He asks her that what gift. She asks him about bangles. He tells her that he didn’t buy anything for her. She wonders that why he is lying. Priyashi comes there and slaps Purvi which shocks everyone. She tells her that the latter destroyed her life so she will destroy the latter’s life. She asks her that how can the latter stay happy after destroying her life. Purvi asks her that what the latter saying. Virendra tells her that Priyashi is mad. Priyashi tells Purvi that she is not mad. Virendra asks Veer to throw Priyashi out of the palace. Sudha notices Priyashi’s bangles and realises that she saw them in Veer’s shirt pocket. Veer takes Priyashi from there.
Later, Virendra scolds his family for letting Priyashi enter the palace. Then he scolds Security guards also. Veer defends Security guards. Meanwhile Purvi recalls Priyashi’s words. Virendra apologizes to her. She tells him that it was not his mistake. She asks him that is he sure that Priyashi is mad because she didn’t look like mad. She tells him that she felt like Priyashi is connected to her past.

Precap – Daksh and Purvi goes to meet Priyashi. Nani stops Virendra from applying haldi to Purvi.
