The episode starts with Karan Kulkarni scolding Aaradhy for ruined his plan. He complaints that he sent Aaradhya to inquire Shivprasad what happened yesterday night? Where did his goons disappear? They are not able to do this small thing? It’s just a small task. They failed to investigate about it. Aaradhya says to him that they tried a lot to find out the truth. They are not ready to open their mouth. Karan says to her that his goons were very talented. They are dangerous gang. They won’t hesitate to kill anyone! How could they disappear just like that?
Karan says to Aaradhya something is fishy here! Shivprasad is also involved in it. He wants to find out his connection with it. He will find out it at any cost. He calls Shivprasad. He inquires him about his goons. Shivprasad acts like nothing happened yesterday. Karan loses his cool and shouts on him. He demands him to reveal the truth.
Shivprasad says to him that Karan giving a statement to him. He will just record his confession and use it. It’s a good evidence. It will help them to win the case. Karan warns him not to mess with him. Where did he hide his goons? Who is him? He is hiding something from him. Shivprasad shares his details with him.

Meanwhile, Manish saying to Nandini that she can’t win this case. How could she go against his family to support Shalini? Nandini says to him that he will support her sister. They are often threatening her. Her children were abducted by goons. How could they stop her from supporting Shalini? Shalini and Chintu will give their statement in the court. They are not able to stop them. Manish complaints to her that she isn’t showing any mercy to Aaradhya. She is also her sister. Karan calls Manish to reveal his plan with him. He says that he will target Shalini and abduct her. She has no other option then withdraw the case. Shalini informs Shivprasad that she is going to a temple to complete her prayer. Shivprasad says to her that he will accompany her. Shalini denied it. She assures him that nothing will happen to her. Shivprasad calls Balram to give a security to Shalini. He is sure someone will target Shalini today. Few goons followed Shalini. Balram team blocked her way and explain the situation with her. They give the protection to Shalini. Goons informed Karan about it. He understands that someone is keeping an eye on her family. Shivprasad thinks that they can’t touch his family until he is alive.

Precap; Shivprasad takes his family out to eat. The waiter recognised Shivprasad and inform him that he fought with the goons. He still remember it. Shalini inquires him about it.
Our take;
Karan Kulkarni send goons to threaten Shivprasad’s family. They are not ready to withdraw the case at any cost. Karan Kulkarni suspects that Shivprasad is hiding something from him. He sends goons to spy him but Shivprasad get rid of them. Sheetal also giving a hard time to Shivprasad.
Will Shivprasad collect the evidence against Karan Kulkarni? How will he defeat Sheetal?
