The episode starts with Prathna sharing to Pratha’s photo that she is going through a phase like her. She says she is feeling bad for killing her father. Pratha appears in front of her. She tells Prathna that she did correct by punishing Jeet. Prathna says she always guides her to the correct path. Pratha sees the upcoming danger in Prathna and Raghu’s life. She says sometimes she can’t change her destiny too. Later Prathna enjoys seeing rain from the window. Raghu joins her and they come out and have a sizzling dance in the rain. Someone observes them.
Later Prathna calls Meher and Purvika to eat food. Purvika comes to Prathna and tells her that Meher is missing Manjeet and Jeet. Prathna recalls how they died in the ministry attack. Prathna goes to Meher and comforts her telling her parents are watching by becoming stars.
In the Naagmahal, Takshak tells Prathna and Raghu that they are still Shesh Naag and Naagin to them. Prathna says it’s your big heart but we can’t fulfill duties like before so I’m returning my Naagmani to you. Takshak says to Prathna that she has to choose who is next Shesh Naagin and then she has to give the Naagmani to that person and if you fail to do so then Your life will be at risk. Prathna looks on.
Prathna and Raghu return home. Prathna asks Raghu how they can choose their heir. She says our kids are small so we have to choose who is better once they attain 18 years and until then we have to guard this Naagmani. They hide Naagmani behind their wedding photo.
Prathna and Raghu finalise to do Suwarna’s marriage the next day. Suwarna says to them she will marry simply in Naagmahal. Prathna agrees. Later Ajay gifts shagun things to Suwarna and tells her how much he is waiting for her entry into his life. Suwarna sees Shagun saree and feels happy. She tells Ajay that their kids will be Naagin too. Ajay says he doesn’t have any problem.
Takshak calls Raghu, Suwarna, and others to Naagmahal. He tells them Suwarna and Ajay’s horoscopes are not matching and it’s risky for Ajay’s life if they get married. Suwarna declares she will marry Ajay and asks Ajay’s opinion. Ajay says he is ready for marriage too. Prathna says love will match their horoscope too. Takshak says he will pray for their well-being.
The next day, Prathna and Raghu get ready for Suwarna’s marriage. Prathna struggles to tie her dori. Raghu teases her and they have a cute moment and they play with pillows. Meher and Purvika join them in a pillow fight. Prathna prays to god to keep her family safe.
Some masked person burns Prathna and her family photos. Takshak gets bad vibes at the wedding. Vasuki says to him everything will be fine. Prathna gifts her Grandmother anklets to Suwarna. Suwarna thanks her. Suwarna and Ajay’s marriage rituals begin. The masked man and his team enter Raghu’s house. They ask Gautham and others to give them Naagmani. Gautham says they don’t know about any Naagmani. The masked person shoots Gautham’s feet and sends his men to search Naagmani. Gautham calls Raghu. Raghu attends the call and hears someone break into the house to steal Naagmani. He sees everyone is busy with Suwarna and Raghu’s marriage and he leaves from there
The masked man shoots Gautham. Suwarna and Ajay get married. They take Prathna’s blessings. Prathna notices Raghu is missing. She traces his location and understands he is going home. Raghu returns home. He gets attacked by a masked man but he overpowers him and shoots him. Prathna comes there and asks what happened. They notice Naagmani is missing. Prathna sees the gift from Mr. Death and asks who is he and why the hall is full of blood. She opens the gift and sees her kids Gautham and others dead bodies. Prathna and Raghu notice they are dead and cry badly. Prathna says she won’t leave the people who killed her kids. Raghu says they can’t let bad people have Naagmani.
A masked man delivers Naagmani to his head and alerts him saying Prathna and Raghu will definitely come here to take it. Suwarna and Ajay return home. Raghu asks Ajay to track Mr. Death with the tracker they attached in Naagmani’s cover. Prathna says they have to stop Mr. Death to get Naagmani from him. Suwarna says to Ajay that she is scared for his safety. Prathna says Suwarna is correct. Ajay says he is part of their family so wants to help them. They track Mr. Dead through tracker help and reach his location. Ajay and Prathna take Naagmani’s cover from Mr. Death. They ask Raghu to leave from there with Naagmani. Raghu leaves. Ajay fires the gun. Prathna confronts Mr. Death to tell her about his boss. Mr. Death pushes her. He takes a gun from Ajay and tries to shoot Prathna but Ajay comes in-between. Ajay gets shot. Prathna asks Shiv Ji to help her. Eagles surround Mr. Death and stop him from killing Prathna. Prathna kills Mr. Death.
Raghu returns home to see his children. He gets shot by someone. He turned back and is shocked to see that it is Suwarna. He asks how she can cheat them. Suwarna says whatever she does is right and takes Nagamani from him. Prathna comes home and sees Raghu coming down in an injured state. She asks him how this happened. At that time Suwarna shoots her too. Prathna falls down in shock.
