The episode starts with Suwarna waking up unconscious Raghav. Raghav wakes up. Suwarna asks him what happened. Raghav says he just fell unconscious. Pragati(Julie) says she will give medicine to him and give it to Suwarna. Raghav says he just needs a drink, not medicine. He wears Pratha’s ring on his chain. Pragati tells them a change of location is needed for their family’s peace. Mehek agrees. Raghav suggests it’s good if they go to their farmhouse. Mehek agrees.
On the way, Raghav hallucinates Pragati and the snakes in front of him. Pragati stops Raghav and drives the car. Pragati decides to take the ring from Raghav. Everyone reaches the farmhouse. Mehek asks Raghav why he wants to come to this place. Raghav says it connects them to nature so he wants to come here. He goes for a walk. Aryan’s cousin tells him that they are happy to see him fine with Mehek’s medicine. They ask him what happened to him. Aryan says Ichhadari Naahgin attacked him. They don’t believe him. Pragati thinks it’s good to kill them here.
Near the lake, Raghav sees a snake in the water. Pragati comes there and aims a gun at Raghav. Suwarna calls Raghav worriedly. Raghav turns and asks Pragati what she is doing. Pragati says she comes for fresh air. Raghav meets Suwarna and tells him that Ajay is missing. Everyone questions Pragati for Ajay. Ajay comes thereby walking on his feet. Suwarna and Raghav feel happy seeing Ajay’s improvement. Mehek feels scared. Raghav thanks Julie(Pragati) and hugs her. Pragati breaks the hug. She says it’s done by Christ. Mehek thinks how this nurse is improving Ajay’s condition. Everyone leaves. Mehek calls Aryan and she offers to buy him a car. She asks him to keep an eye on Julie 24/7. Aryan agrees. He goes to search for proof in Pragati’s room. Aryan sees Pragati entering the room and hides. Pragati removes her wig. Aryan realises she is the naagin who attacked him. He goes out to inform the truth to Mehek. Pragati chases him and while trying to stop him, she pushes him from the balcony. Aryan falls to the ground and dies. Mehek, Asita, and Suwarna notice he is dead. Mehek goes upstairs and she sees two-foot marks on the floor. She doubts Julie. Asita cries for her son. Mehek comes to them and tells she will kill the person behind Aryan’s death. Suwarna says Raghu’s place is not good for them but she didn’t listen to her. Mehek says Prathna is dead and we have to know who this new enemy is. Suwarna says it might be Prathna’s partner who came to take revenge on us.
Raghav drinks wine. Moonlight falls in him and he started changing as Ichhadari Naagin. He sees his face and eyes changing in the mirror. He thinks about what’s happening to him and comes out. He collides with Pragati. Pragati thinks why he looks so scared. She sees her ring on his chain and tries to take it but couldn’t. Raghav runs from there.
Snakes surround Raghav. He sees a conch in the river. He takes it out and finds a ring in it. He sees it’s a replica of Pragati’s ring. He wears it. Pragati comes there to shoot him but she couldn’t. Raghav falls into the Lake. Pragati sees the crocodile is about to attack Raghav. She tries to alert him but he doesn’t move. Pragati jumps into the river to save him. The crocodile attacks Pragati and bites Pragati’s feet. Raghav turns into ichchadhari naag and says I am Shesh Naag and I won’t let any innocent get killed. He is in snake form fights with Crocodile and saves Julie. Mehek comes there and says Raghav is Raghu’s incarnation and Shesh Naag. She thinks Raghav will repent for killing his Shesh Naagin but he doesn’t know that I shot Pragati. Raghav takes the injured Pragati with him. Mehek thinks Raghav will open the door of treasure and I will keep him in my control.
Raghav takes Pragati to the room. He clears her wounds. His ring powers cure her injuries. He makes her sleep. Mehek tells Suwarna that Raghav is Ichhadari Naag and I saw him fighting with a crocodile. Suwarna asks how it happens at this age. Mehek says Raghav has many questions in himself and we have to clear his doubts. Suwarna asks if Raghav is Raghu. Mehek says Raghav is just normal naag. Suwarna leaves. Mehek decides to kill Raghav after getting treasure with his help.
Pragati wakes up and thinks about why she failed to kill Raghav. Ajay comes there and tells Pragati that he knows that she will be back for revenge. He says Suwarna didn’t cheat on you and she had a deal with Mehek to save me. He says I know you won’t believe me but this is the truth. He asks Prathna to kill everyone and says he doesn’t want to live the life which Mehek gives him. Prathna comforts him. Ajay says Mehek manipulated Raghav against you from childhood that’s why he turned against you under her influence and he is innocent. Pragati says she has to take the ring from Raghav and take Naagmani from Mehek. Ajay says he will help her.

Precap – Pragati asks nature to bring Shesh Naag to her. Raghav hears the call and comes to Naag Mahal. Pragati sees Raghav and says he can’t be her Raghu. Raghu asks her to see the truth in his eyes.
