The episode starts with Pishi Ma saying Neerja that only Abhir is changing but her place is still the same. She warns her to not take advantage of her situation. Bijoy is happy that Abhir spoke about business with him after so long but Pishi Ma says that he only sees about it but she can see other things too. She says that she don’t want to trust Neerja upon knowing about the place she’s from. She wants Abhir to get well soon too and also get rid of Neerja. Pratima and Shamili were discussing about how to escape when Shabboo is coming with them. Didun asks what they were talking about and Pratima tells that Chakri’s health is detoriating and wants to show her to Doctor. Didun asks her not to worry as she has already called Doctor to baadi itself upsetting Pratima. As Pratima and Shamili think about what to do Shamili gets an idea. She makes Chakri hold onions to have fake fever.
Sartak brings Abhir and Neerja to park and Abhir gets reminded that he forgot his wallet in petrol bunk and asks Sartaj to get it for him. As Sartaj leaves,Abhir leaves with Neerja to recall their last. Kaushik is fuming that Abhir is recovering and is worried that he would join back business once he gets normal. Pishi Maa plans a Pooja for Abhir’s recovery. Abhir surprises Neerja by showing his wallet to her and saying that he wanted to spend some time with her and so sent Sartaj with fake excuse . Didun brings a compounder to check on Chakri. He diagnoses badly but Pratima shows blood on Chakri’s kerchief. Didun agrees to take her to hospital. Pratima recalls applying blood beforehand to fool Didun. Neerja goes far away upon recalling Pishi Ma’s words. Abhir gets violent upon not seeing Neerja.
Abhir starts hitting the lamp post with bate hands and he starts bleeding. Neerja tries stopping him but in vain. Neerja keeps her hand inbetween and gets hurt. Abhir panics and starts leaving in hurry and he’s about to get hiy by a truck. While Neerja shouts Abhir’s name in fear, Abhir appears in front of him with ointment for her. Neerja promises Abhir to not leave him knowing well that she can’t fulfill the promise. She says in mind that his love belongs to someone else. Pishi Ma asks Munmun to keep the dasting for Abhir’s recovery. Munmun thinks that she would make sure to not let the Pooja complete. Neerja hears it and wants to keep fasting without anyone noticing too.
Pishi Maa finds Kaushik leaving with a package and asks about it. He lies that it’s Pooja stiff but is actually something to break Munmun’s fasting. Pishi Maa asks Moushumi to not let Neerja get down since Pooja gets over. Moushumi cribs at her double standards. On the other hand, Abhir notices Neerja but having breakfast and asks about it. After much insistence she reveals that she kept fast for him .
Precap: Guruji asks Pishi Ma to start the Pooja. Munmun says that she can’t sit on Pooja and accuses Neerja from framing her. Neerja says that she saw Munmun eating breakfast without anyone noticing. Guruji says the Pooja can’t be completed without three women keeping fasting.
