Bigg Boss season 14 contestant Nikki Tamboli was on the hot seat of Candid Yaari by Mahreen Khan recently. She shares having enjoyed being part of the chat show that is streamed on MX player and is inspired by Vogue’s popular ‘73 Questions’ format.

“It was fun being candid with Mahreen and spilling the beans about my lifestyle, fitness and more for my fans. I feel such chat shows unveil a different personality of an actor. On-screen, we are actors entertaining our fans but while on a chat show we get to be ourselves, talk our hearts out and have a gala time answering some quirky questions that people who love us would like to know about us,” says the actor.  Speaking on Mahreen as a host, she adds, “Mahreen is talented and filled with good humour. I had a lot of fun talking to her. She made me feel comfortable, her questions were fun. So, all-in-all it was a great interaction.”

Actors often dabble into anchoring. Nikki too would like to explore the possibilities in the future if good offers come her way. But at the moment she does not have much time at hand given her acting-related commitments.  “Well, I think if you’ve got it in you then why not give it a shot. Actors make terrific anchors too. The biggest examples are Salman Khan and Amitabh Bachchan sir… I am passionate about acting more than anything else. I love to act and play characters on screen showcasing different emotions. Anchoring isn’t something that I am thinking much about right now. But as they say, never say never,” she concludes.
