Handsome and talented actor Sourabh Raaj Jain has come a long way since he entered TV industry at the age of 19. Back then he was totally new to the T-town but gradually with his talent the actor successfully managed to rule hearts like a king. Over the 15 years of journey Sourabh reached viewers’ soul and put an inseparable impact on their hearts that it became nearly impossible to detach themselves from his hypnotic vibes. Supporting Characters

Sourabh started his acting career with Shrishti Arya‘s teen drama Remix where he portrayed a sweet and nice guy around named Amandeep Chadha who has been like a backbone to his best friend Ranveer throughout the series. Later on he appeared as second male lead in Ekta Kapoor’s family drama Parichay as Anand Chopra. Unfortunately the character ended within 30 episodes on a sad note but Sourabh didn’t fail to charm viewers with his next door guy image. Thereafter he played Sukhi in Meet Mila De Rabba and Vikram in Yahaan Mai Ghar Ghar Kheli which again were as impactful as he is.

Negative Roles

Although he has captured hearts with his good guy image but his negative portrayals literally made his beloved audiences go gaga over. Be it handsome brat Yuvraj Singh Bundela (Uttaran), blue-hypnotic-eyed Jalandhar (Mahakaali-Anth Hi Aarambh Hai) or magnificent Dhananand (Chandragupta Maurya), all have got our hearts brutally yet brilliantly slayed.

Playing God

It would not be exaggerating to say that Sourabh is one of those rare actors who got the opportunity to portray both Lord Vishnu, the creator and Lord shiva, the destructor. Where on one hand he got immense popularity for playing Lord Vishnu in Devon Ke Dev Mahadev and Lord krishna in Mahabharat, the actor received huge recognition for bringing Lord Shiva‘s calm and anger vibes on screen.

Voiceover

Sourabh has got such melodious voice that you can’t resist yourself from keep listening to him evey time his voice come to the ears. Hence, we can find his beautiful voice narrating shows like Radha Krishna and Karmphaldata Shani and taking us to an unforgettable journey. The actor also did radio jockeying for 92.7 Big FM‘s show named Arth and again he didn’t miss to enlighten our lives with inspiring stories and life lessons.

Anchoring

Anchoring has never been a tough task for Sourabh. Life Ok‘s Savadhan India, Bhakton Ki Bhakti Mein Shakti and Big Magic‘s Mahapuran are the shows he anchored with such an ease going beyond the limitation of acting.

Comedy

Sourabh also tried his hands in comedy genre and made his audiences laugh. He played a cunning boy Aman in Chintu Chinki Aur Ek Badi Si Love Story and innocent and cute Akbar aka Dai Maa’s Jalal in Hazir Jawab Birbal.

Movies

Sourabh has done a remarkable job by doing movies of completely different languages with such brilliance. He made his presence in Indonesian Romantic movie Check-In-Bangkok as lead opposite to famous Indonesian actress Mika Tambayong and debuted in Indian Telugu Cinema by playing a pivotal role i.e; Lord Venkateshwar in Telugu Classic Hit Om Namo Venkatesaya. Both of these movies came like challenge to him but Sourabh very well know how to pull off these challenges elegantly.

 

Reality Shows

Sourabh strongly believes in ‘Never Say Never to Anything’ and with this success mantra the actor made his participation with wife Ridhima in a very popular couple dance reality show Nach Baliye Season 9. Even after being non-dancers the couple has secured 3 hi-5 in the show and discovered some cool dancing steps that were hidden behind the Shadows. Sourabh also made his guest appearance in Colors TV‘s Kitchen Champions with mother.

Episodic

Episodic shows have got another charm that bounds viewers to be glued with each story that gets telecast in each episode. ABP News episodic show Mahakavi is one of those amazing shows which didn’t only inspired but has also helped in gaining knowledge about great poets/poetesses of India. Sourabh being a man of Full-Of-Curiosity grabbed the chance to portray one such great poet named Mahapran Suryakant Tripathi Nirala, the actor perfectly got blended into the character and made this legendary character alive on TV.

Moreover, Krishna Kanhaiya of chhota parda is awarded with Iconic Achievers Award for most promising TV actor in Mythology genre last year. He also ranked 41st in Eastern Eye’s List of Top 50 Sexiest Asian Men of 2018.

In other words, Sourabh has tried every possible corner of entertainment world that helped him exploring the horizon of creativity and enhancing his skills as an actor.
