The episode starts with Rani starts her work and tries to give hope to the patient but the patient is frustrated because his lifetime earings are exhausted. Rani gives hope to the patient and ask the details of the trouble maker. The patient tells the name of the builder and she assures him that Kanhaji will fixed his problem. Nurse Shanti informs all the nurse that Dr Digvijay is coming for the surprise rounds and she tells all the nurse to focus on their work. Digvijay asks Shanti that where are all the new nurses and she show him that all the nurse are working here. Digvijay gives the injection back to Rani and he tells Rani to handle the medical equipment properly.
Pinky asks Anisha that where is Digvijay and Anisha tells Pinky that his phone number is switched off. Anisha shares her problem with Pinky and she also feel strange that Digvijay why helping a child. Pinky tells Anisha to focus on her wedding and she takes her to Naryani to discuss this matter.
Rani comes to teach a lesson to that builder who is troubling Paresh Bhai and Rani gives the ultimatum to him to return back the money to Paresh or else she will give the proof to the Incometax department. Rani tells Kanti Bhai that she have all the proof against him and she wants him to return everyone’s money. Kanti promise that he will return everyone’s money and let him go.
Digvijay is back from work and Naryani comforts him by having some words regarding Anisha. Naryani tells Digvijay that Anisha is helping him a lot after Rani leaves him and she tells Digvijay that Anisha loves him so she deserves that place in this house. Naryani asks Digvijay about his decision and Digvijay tells Naryani that he has no answer to say. Naryani insists
Digvijay to agree for Anisha and she folds her hands. Digvijay is ready to marry Anisha and he say yes to his mother. Pinky and Anisha are happy.
Rani wakes up and see Dwani is not in the bed. Rani sees that Dwani has given her a surprise of mother’s day. Dwani tells Rani that she made the cake with her own hands and Rani tells Dwani that she is very happy to see the pretty cake. Dwani tells Rani to cut the cake but Rani tells her to call Aai first.
Naryani tells Madhuri and Devu that the auspicious time has been fixed for Digvijay and Anisha’s engagement. Madhuri and Devu are surprised because they doesn’t want Anisha to be Bahu of this house. Anisha impressed Narayani by wishing mother’s day and Digvijay also wish her. Naryani is very excited.
Rani gives surprise to Aai by gifting her a spectitcal.
Anisha continue to butter polish Naryani and she is very happy that Digvijay is ready to marry her. Naryani is happy to see her gift by Anisha and Digvijay. Naryani doesn’t want to take the gift and Naryani informs them about the engagement.
Rani cuts the cake and feed Dwani. Rani promises to take care of Dwani and she can fight alone for her.
Naryani tells Digvijay that he will not go to hospital on the engagement day and Digvijay leaves for his important surgery. Anisha decides to stay with Naryani all the day and Naryani feels blessed to have her as a Bahu.
Dwani is confused and she don’t know what to buy for her mother. Rani’s slippers break and Dwani decides to buy a new slippers for her mother. Rani leaves for her job and Shanti starts yelling at Rani for being late. Shanti tells Rani to do her job properly and Rani learns that Kanti is returning Paresh’s money. Kanti feels curious after hearing the voice of nurse Rani.
Dwani makes a card for her mother but she needs to buy a slippers for her. Dwani makes an excuse for going toilet and she leaves quietly to take the gift.
Rani tells Paresh to stay happy and get well soon. Paresh gives blessings to that person who helped him and Rani wishes that all the prayers goes for her daughter.
Digvijay is on the way and he forgets to take his medicine for his migraine. Digvijay goes to a medical shop to take the medicine and Dwani is also there to take the slippers. Digvijay notice that Dwani is here and he follows her. Dwani goes to buy a slipper but she doesn’t have any idea what to buy and this makes Dwani angry. The shopkeeper tells Dwani to call her mother and just then Digvijay sees her.

Precap- Digvijay needs a trained nurse in the surgery and Shanti appointments Rani to help him. Rani is confused but she have no option left to assist Digvijay.
