The episode starts with Mandira asking Keertan to go and play doctor. Padma reminds Mandira how Shakti insulted her. Mandira asks Padma how many people are in the temple when Shakti insulted her 100 or 200. Mandira says to Padma that she will insult Shakti in front of the whole Benaras once that kid dies. Mandira says she doesn’t even fear gods and Shakti is just a human.
Shakti prays to God for the kid’s well-being. Shakti complaints to God about Shiv not treating the kid. Shiv comes to the hospital. Shiv sees Shakti praying to God. Shakti doesn’t see Shiv when she turns her head. Rimjim takes Shakti away.
Mandira prepares to harass Shakti after the kid dies. The doctor comes out of the operation theatre. The kid’s parents ask the doctor how is their kid? The doctor says the kid is fine. The parents thank doctor. The reporters come and ask the doctor about the kid’s condition as someone cut the kid’s throat. The doctor says the kid is fine. The kid’s parents thank the doctor. The doctor says they should thank the doctor who did the emergency airway procedure. The reporters question the doctor who did this procedure? Mandira pushes Keertan towards the reporters and says Keertan did this procedure. Keertan takes the credit of Shakti. The kid’s parents try to tell the truth but Mandira silences them saying they will take care of the kid’s hospital bill. Rimjim tries to go forward and tries to tell the truth. Shakti stops Rimjim and takes her away from there.
Mandira thinks Shakti’s bad time started when she stopped Mandira. Keertan stops Shakti and asks them where are they going? Rimjim comments on Keertan taking the credit of her sister. Keertan flirts with them and tries to give his number to Shakti. Shakti makes a comment on Keertan and leaves from there.
Shakti tries to go and see the kid. Shakti sees Shiv entertaining the kid with shadow art. Shakti tries to see the doctor’s face but Manorama stops Shakti and tries to take her away. Shakti sends Manorama and Brijkishore away saying the trustee is still here. Shakti goes to the kid and asks him how is he? The kid’s mother hugs Shakti and thanks her for saving her kid’s life. The kid asks Shakti if she is a doctor? Shakti says she will be soon. The kid asks Shakti to wear the doctor’s coat. Shakti agrees and tries it on. Shiv sees that Shakti is trying her coat on. Shiv thinks Shakti deserves it as she saved the kid’s life. Shiv leaves from there. Shakti after a while leaves the room. Shakti runs into Mandira. Shakti thanks God as Brijkishore went away before Mandira saw them.
Mandira comments on Shakti and says she nearly killed the kid and it is due to her son that the kid got saved. Shakti reminds Mandira that Mandira knows that she saved the kid and Keertan was scared seeing the kid’s situation. Shakti comments that she thinks Mandira might have gifted him a doctor’s degree. Mandira sees that Shakti is wearing Shiv’s coat. Mandira accuses Shakti of stealing Shiv’s coat. Mandira reminds Shakti of her status and asks Shakti to take off Shiv’s coat. Mandira forcefully takes off Shiv’s coat and says to Shakti that she will never allow Shakti to be a doctor. Mandira asks Shakti to stop dreaming and leaves from there. Shiv after a while comes to Shakti.
