Vyas ji feels disappointed on Neel for this mistake done by him, Chahat tries to talk to him but he denies. Neel feels worse after this incident and wonders who would have exchanged the coins with fake ones. Aalekh laughs out seeing his face and plans to create such situations till Neel leaves Dev Prayag forever. Neel goes to room to pack his bags, Chahat goes to stop her but he curses himself for not going out to place the order himself else this wouldn’t have happened. He asks Chahat to pack her bags too and leave with him and be free to go anywhere.
Neel says that he doesn’t want her to live with his bad luck any more but she makes him sit and tells him that he is not a bad luck. She comforts him and says he has gone through an accident and can overcome it but he says that Vyas ji has got insulted because of him which he never wanted.
 Chahat tells him that if he runs away, he won’t get peace either and that they will fight together in every difficulty. She says that they will have to find out who replaced the real gold coins with fake ones. At Bhopu’s bakery Bhopu praises her for her disguise when Neel also comes in police attire.
Bhopu is impressed by his look but Chahat says that only clothes won’t help, he has to get the attitude of a police man. Chahat starts saying dialogue but he stops her and asks her to not spend much time with Bhopu as she is becoming dramatic like him. He asks if she can act which she takes as a challenge and starts acting in front of him.
 Bhopu takes Neel out while Chahat hopes to catch the culprit. Then Chahat intentionally comes in front of a scooty and falls down. She starts screaming and acting that she got hurt, she sees the face of the rider and says that she was about to kill herself because of him so she better die by his scooty.
The man asks what wrong he has done to him but she lashes at him and shouts to call the police when Neel comes on bike as police. He goes to Chahat and she starts drama that this man cheated with her and now she won’t be able to feed her children. Neel says that he should return her money else he will put him in jail.
He tells that Neel gave the order for paints as he first ordered gold coins but then asked for brass coins and paint. Neel and Chahat wonder who made the second call. Ghazala and the driver go with Dr Baig and she throws him out of the car in middle of road.
Chahat asks the jeweler to call on the number that made the second call and Neel asks him to put on speaker and they hear mama ji’s voice. They realize it is landline number and request the jeweler to help them to catch the culprit. They go home with the jeweler and tell Vyas ji that he is the jeweler who gave the coins and he got a second call on his name who ordered brass coins.
Mami asks who could have done it so Chahat tells that they have found out that the phone call was done from this landline so they have got a scanner which will make everyone’s hands read except for the culprit.
Aalekh panics after hearing their plan as he painted the coins, Mami tries to resist but Vyas ji says that everyone will get tested and he will start. Everyone scans their hands while Aalekh slips out and outs his hand on red paint and goes to put his hand in the scanner. He says his hand is already red but Chahat confronts him for doing such a big fraud with the whole family. Neel tells him that he had bluffed about the red hand thing and he painted his hand to save himself. Chahat tells Vyas ji that Neel didn’t do anything as h can’t insult him. Aalekh tries to convince Vyas ji that he is innocent but he doesn’t believe him and slaps him out if anger for betraying him.
