Actress Raushni Srivastava reveals her late father, Mr. S.K.Srivastava holds great significance in her life. She shared a note for him expressing her love.

She mentioned, “The man who always lent his ears to my words. I was seen, heard, and understood by him. Little did I know that he would not be here on earth to see his daughter doing pretty well, better than before… or you never know, maybe he’s doing some magic from heaven… As he can understand and see things about me more clearly from that dimension. I’m missing my Papa. My father was the best human being I knew ever, I want to let him know that he was way too priceless a possession for me that words can’t describe. I know it’s his hard work up there that’s paying me here on this planet. I love him and wish could get him returned to my home. But he’s always present in my heart.”

Raushni will be next seen in an upcoming Bollywood movie tentatively titled ‘Main Aaungee Hawaa Banke’ directed by Dhiraj Singh. She is also receiving immense love and praise for the dialogues she wrote for her maiden venture, “Tyypes of LOVE,” currently streaming on Amazon US, UK and Japan and on Tata Play Binge in India.

She credited her success to her dad and added : “My father showed me by his example, that a man with wisdom would always listen to, hear and understand what a daughter or woman has to say as she has her own brain to think and own heart to feel. A greater man would try to fathom her, not reject her. A woman whose thinking is different from yours enables you to grow, to see things from a different perspective than to be defensive. All my success I credit to him.”

Raushni made her acting debut with TV show Raghukul Reet Sada Chali Aayi, which featured superstar Rajesh Khanna, and later also essayed prominent roles in shows like Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai, Koi Toh Ho Ardhnarishwar and Zindagi Ke Rang.
