The episode starts with Dadi saying Diya put so much efforts for them. She praises her and Amitabh says Diya didn’t do anything special as she only spoiled the flowers. Arjun tells him why can’t he hear praises for Diya. Diya feels dizziness and she suddenly collapses. Everyone gets worried and asks her to get up. Deepika notices snake bite on Diya’s feet. Dadi says Diya fell unconscious due to snake bite. Madhuri tells her to wake. She tells Arjun to not let Diya sleep. Luv calls the doctor and Arjun takes Diya to hospital. Arjun gets heartbroken and the doctor says why did they waste time and brought Diya so late. The poison will spread more in the body. Arjun gets restless and Kush calms him. Arjun starts crying. Madhuri gets worried and Dadi says Durga Ma will save Diya. Priest asks them if they will give anjali to Durga Ma. Amitabh says obviously but Madhuri interrupts saying they won’t give anjali until Diya returns back home safely. Arjun holds himself responsible for Diya’s condition as he only got married to her and made her life complicated. The pressure of being perfect bahu led her to this situation and she went alone to bring flowers. Arjun pleads before God for Diya. He says he never blamed him for his ruined career or for his failure. He took all the responsibilities of his deeds but for the first time he is asking for something. He tells God to save Diya anyhow and gets emotional.
Amitabh tells Madhuri why will they stop the Puja for Diya, her treatment is going on. Dadi asks him did he become heartless that he can’t see what Diya did for them. Amitabh says Diya is Arjun’s responsibility, he brought her here he will manage. Madhuri replies but this is Diya’s house too. She leaves. Arjun breaks down and Kush consoles him. Diya closes her eyes frequently and nurses try to wake her up. They give her oxygen. Later nurse calls Arjun and he learns Diya will be fine after some time. Arjun gets relief.
Tina requests Amitabh to wait for Diya as she is also part of the family. Niharika tells Tina that she feels Diya will die as snake bites are dangerous. Tina replies what if she lives and will win everyone’s hearts again. Madhuri cries saying Diya even risked her life to make her happy. Dadi consoles her and Deepika gives them the news that Diya is out of danger. Madhuri gets delighted.
Diya looks at Arjun and smiles. Arjun says she shouldn’t have taken risk like this, anything could have happened. Diya says nothing will happen to her as he is with her always. They share an eyelock and Arjun calls her filmy. Diya asks about Ashtami anjali and Arjun replies he didn’t leave her alone in this state to give anjali. Kush says it is Madhuri’s decision that they won’t give anjali before her arrival. Diya gets happy to hear that. Kush recalls how he saw the spoiled flowers and understood it was done by Niharika. He thinks Niharika stooped so low to trouble Diya. Amitabh asks Niharika where is Kush. Kush comes and says he was not lucky enough to get the flowers but Diya got them. Kush looks at Niharika and she gets scared. Arjun enters with Diya and Dadi gets happy along with Madhuri. Priest says only half an hour is left for anjali. They decide to give anjali together.
