The episode starts with Diya telling Karan that she will passed the fitness test and he will see it in the result. Arjun waits for her outside. Radu meets him. Arjun apologises to him as the latter got banned by Karan. Radu replies that he is not at all regretting for that. So Arjun also shouldn’t feel sorry. Radu introduces a new worker called Biplab to Arjun. He says Biplab will help Arjun by giving him information about Karan. Arjun takes Biplab’s number and shows Diya’s Photo to him. Arjun tells Radu that he is very tensed for Diya as Karan surely made a plan to disqualified Diya. Diya stands behind the queue for blood test. Sanjana pushes her away saying welcome to hell. Sanjana says the coming seven days will be tough for her. Dr Sen looks at Diya. Doctor takes Diya’s blood and Karan recalls that Diya already consumed the drug given by Niharika. Diya calls Arjun and informs that physical test is yet to happen and Karan tried to demotivate her. She says she is mentally prepared for it.
Sanjana notices that Diya is informing her husband about everything. Karan talks to Dr Sen that he doesn’t need to inject the drug in Diya’s body as she got drugged already. He just has to sign on the report. Karan decides to humiliate Diya in front of media. Tina calls Karan and asks about Diya’s news. Karan tells her to relax. He is waiting for the report. Tina says she can’t wait to see Diya’s downfall. Diya waits for the report and gets tensed. Dr Sen gets the report and sees something shocking. Luv informs Amitabh about the deal and the latter looks stressed. Amitabh says that Diya will know the truth about Arjun’s past which is not good for him or his business. Before she comes to know the truth. He has to stop her.
Karan gets Diya’s report and gets happy thinking he will win again. The contestants are asked to attend the press conference. Diya gets suspicious. Arjun calls Diya thinking why isn’t she telling him about the fitness test. Dr Sen sees Arjun and gets afraid. He leaves the place before Arjun could see him. Dipika talks Madhuri and tells her that Diya reached camp. Madhuri shares her worries that Diya is stubborn like Arjun but Karan will trouble her. Madhuri says Diya is their responsibility, so she prays for her. Niharika thinks Diya will ruin their reputation in press conference.
Karan gives speech and then reveals, drug has been found in one contestant’s blood. Who has taken it for playing the game better. Karan reveals Diya’s name saying she broke the rules by taking drug. Diya gets shocked and reporters question her. Diya search them up and blames Karan for trying to fame her like he did with Arjun. Karan says Diya is incapable like Arjun so she took shortcut. Karan sees the report and tells the reporters to spread the news. A person asks for Arjun’s help to admit a patient to the hospital. Karan gets stunned seeing the report is negative. He thinks how come it’s possible if Niharika mixed the drug. He thinks Dr Sen lied to him. Reporters keep asking him about Diya’s report and Karan says sorry to them. He adds the officials made a mistake as Diya’s report is negative. Reporters ask Karan why the latter accused Diya without proof. Karan makes excuse and leaves. Diya tells the reporters that what we see is not always true. Arjun was also falsely accused by Karan and the truth will come out very soon.
