The episode begins with Ujjaini getting happy seeing Ishaan’s autograph and asking her mother to keep the diary safe. She runs from there. Ishaan calls Noyanika. Noyanika asks him to drink hot water if his throat is sore then. Ishaan tells her that he was just trying her number, and she can save his number. Noyanika asks him why she would call him. Ishaan tells her he will call her. Noyanika tells him that her daughter got happy seeing his autograph. She says it’s not good to sleep late. Ishaan says he can’t sleep tonight. Noyanika tells him that he must be excited because his concert went well. Ishaan tells her that it happens all the time. And today was special.
Noyanika asks him whether he will talk to her daughter. Ishaan refuses. He says he is feeling good by talking to Noyanika. And there is depth in Noyanika’s eyes. He says Noyanika can be a good friend. Noyanika talks about their age gap. Ishaan tells her that’s not a matter for him. Noyanika tells him she will scold him. Ishaan says Noyanika treats him like a common man, not a celebrity. Noyanika says it’s good to stay away from celebrities. Ishaan tells her that she can’t do that with him. Noyanika asks him not to call her without any medical reasons. And disconnects the call. She writes her diary.
The next day, Noyanika reaches the hospital. Sunidhi talks about the concert. Noyanika goes to the surgery room. She talks to patients calmly.
Meanwhile, Indrani tells her husband that she did not forget what happened last night. Ujjaini comes there. Indrani asks Ujjaini whether the latter saw Neil’s gifts. Ujjaini asks why Indrani hates Noyanika. She leaves for college. Indrani says Ujjaini is good at studies, but her behavior is bad. Jaya asks Indrani to understand Ujjaini’s pain. Indrani says they would have taken Ujjaini’s responsibility, but they should not have stopped Noyanika. Her husband taunts her for talking like that. Shreya tells him that he always favored Noyanika more. Rusha tells Shreya that they can’t match Noyanika’s level.
Ishaan reaches the city hospital. The receptionist and public recognize Ishaan and take selfies with him. Security guards take Ishaan inside. Ishaan talks to the senior doctor. Senior doctor tells Sunidhi to bring Noyanika.
Noyanika comes there. She tells Ishaan that she did not think he would really come. Ishaan tells her he said he would come. The senior doctor asks Ishaan to give a review about the hospital on social media after treatment. Ishaan agrees.
Noyanika tells Ishaan that Sunidhi is his fan. Sunidhi takes a selfie with Ishaan.
Noyanika takes Ishaan to the treatment room. She says she did not take Ishaan seriously. She asks him what happened to him. Ishaan complains about his sore throat. Noyanika examines him. Ishaan tells her it’s afternoon and he did not have lunch yet. Noyanika tells him she will inform the hospital of that. Ishaan asks her whether she is giving a treat to him. Noyanika says she is on duty, so for a treat he should come to her house. But that’s not possible today.
Ishaan suggests eating lunch at a restaurant. He says he can wait until her duty ends. Noyanika asks him why he would go for a middle-aged woman. She tells him to go with his fan Sunidhi. Ishaan tells her that he is not Sunidhi’s fan. And he wants to go with Noyanika because he became her fan. Noyanika gives a prescription to him. She says she won’t believe him just because he repeats things. Ishaan tells her he never lies.
The episode ends.

Our take: Noyanika draws a professional line between her and Ishaan. But Ishaan crosses that. He likes Noyanika definitely, and it could be more than liking.
