The episode starts with Jasleen asking Mitti to take care of Naina. Mitti makes a promise to Naina who is unconscious that she will protect her at any cost.
Satendra says to Mitti that they should leave. Satendra asks Jitendar who is driving seat to drive the ambulance. Jitendar agrees. Mitti asks Jitendar what is he doing here. Jitendar asks Mitti not to worry as they are here for her and comments on it.
Prithvi calls Akash and informs him that he has found the location of Chirag. Akash praises Prithvi that he has found the right information at the right time. Akash asks Prithvi to make his doctor friend write a letter that Mitti is in critical condition as she gotten into an accident. Prithvi asks Akash what does he need to do next. Akash says to Prithvi that it is better for him to be a friend of Akash not enemy. Akash cuts the call.
Mitti, Satendra, Jitendar bring Naina to Satendra’s house. Mitti says to Jitendar that they have brought Naina here but how will they take care of Naina as she is in coma and she is pregnant. Jitendar says to Mitti that he will call Anmol and she will consult a doctor. Mitti agrees.
Satendra notices Mitti is tired. Satendra asks Mitti to rest on the couch. Mitti agrees and she closes her eyes for some time. Satendra thinks he never thought Mitti will leave her bungalow and settle in his home. Satendra vows to help Mitti in his heart in Mitti’s fight for justice.
Mitti wakes up after a while. Mitti talks to Satendra and says to Satendra how guilty she is feeling as she misunderstood him in the past and comments on it. Satendra comments on it. Satendra asks Mitti to eat some food and leave to her home after that. Mitti says to Satendra that she doesn’t want to trouble him. Satendra comments on it.
Mitti waits for the cab but no cab comes to pick her up so Satendra offers Mitti to drop her at her home. Mitti gets on his bike. A unknown person takes a picture of Mitti and Satendra on bike.
Satendra drops Mitti at her home. Satendra asks Mitti how will she go to meet Chirag tomorrow. Mitti says she will go by train. Satendra agrees.

Precap:- Akash cooks up a story to Chirag’s school principal that Mitti has gotten into an accident and he came to take Chirag to meet Mitti.
Mitti comes to the school and learns from the principal how Akash lied Mitti has gotten into an accident and took Chirag out of the school.
Akash brings Chirag to Malhotra house. Kuljeet says to Akash that if he brought Chirag here then Mitti will also definitely come here. Akash asks Kuljeet if she thinks Mitti dares to go against him by coming here. Kuljeet comments on it. Mitti comes to Malhotra house to take back Chirag.
