Sana Raees Khan, who has been known to handle many high-profile cases, has taken one more feather under her cap and come out victorious.
A few days ago we heard of Chota Shakeels aide Riyaz Bhati and brother-in-law being taken into custody in an extortion case and Organized Crime Syndicate case.
Sana has proved her mettle once again in securing freedom for them by arguing that they were in touch owing to their friendship, which is not sufficient to make them a member of an organized crime syndicate.
There has been no bank transaction between the accused parties, and call records are not sufficient to prove any such alliance between them. Riyaz Bhati apparently has 13 cases registered against him, and he has not been proved guilty for any of these cases. There are allegations of threats, but no witnesses to these threats.
They are not beneficiaries of any amount.
There is a prior FIR registered by the same complainant wherein there is no whisper of any allegations in respect of the present offense.
This victory is a testament to her skilled and sharp mind and legal expertise and her ability to solve the complicated cases with ease.
