The episode starts with Radhika saying her company is in Mumbai. Her father looks at Suman and asks if she already knew about it. All her family members question if she can go to Mumbai. Radhika explains that she has always dreamt of this since day one that she can go to city and earn enough as much she can never do in Jhansi. Her father and bade papa try to convince her and say that she will work in Sahay coaching centre instead. Suman tells her to talk to him later.
Radhika comes to talk to her father. She calmly tells him that he might be worried because he suddenly came to know about the job. But she wants to tell him that she has always tried to get this job. Radhika says she was really nervous before the interview but she passed it. She says she can survive in Mumbai too. Suman overhears their conversation. Radhika’s father says he cannot find medicine for headache. Suman comes inside and gives it to him. He questions her how she could allow it and didn’t explain Radhika all this is not possible. Radhika requests not to say anything to Suman as its her wish to do the job in Mumbai.
Radhika tells her father how all their family problems will solve if she accepts the job. She says how he can from village and made his life in Jhansi. Her father says he wasn’t alone and had struggled a lot. He does not listen to her arguments and says her to give up on the job. Radhika writes down something. Radhika’s bade papa is listening to news and sees how one girl who went from village to establish her life was found dead in Mumbai. They discuss about it and think they should not send Radhika at any cost. Their son tell them that if Radhika accepts the job, their family loans can be paid off. But they shut him off.
During breakfast, Radhika brings two files. One yellow and one blue. She says one has advantages listed and other disadvantages of joining job in ACS. She tries to counter state all the good points but fails to convince her family members. Suman stops her from arguing further. Radhika tells her that she needs to give confirmation to ACS about joining within 2 days. Suman assures her that a lot can happen in two days.
Lavi brings Radhika out to eat ice cream, they have conversation about how he trusted her in childhood and asks why he cannot trust her now. He tells about how male in the society are degrading everyday and it’s not safe at all for girls to stay alone. During dinner, Radhika again tries to convince her family members and gives example of how Lucky sacrificed his dream of playing cricket for their family. So she wants to earn and make sure in future Pintu dont have to sacrifice. However Radhe says there is difference between girls and boys and tells her to stop talking about this further and deny ACS for job offer. The episode ends with shattered Radhika.
