Episode starts with the warning of Sadhwiji. She warns to the members to be conscious about the danger. Mayakshi might attack later. Everyone takes bow to matarani. Badima calls Simar and applauds Simar for her bravery. She also adjoins that they are grateful to them. Simar still remembers the warning words of Chaya. She gets fear of that. She runs towards to the room of Aarav. Seeing him numb, Simar trembles in fear. She listens the heartbit of Aarav but suddenly he tries to speak. She becomes overwhelmed to see him being alright. Aarav asks about Rudra, but Simar forbids him to think about them.
Simar calls others to come upstairs. Everyone runs tp the room of Aarav. Reema hugs Simar being extremely happy. Badima becomes emotional. Sandhya thanks to God for his recuperation. Aarav calls Badima but she can’t hold herself. She cries in happiness. She says she wants nothing more. She can’t forgive herself if he wouldn’t get back his sense. Aarav asks why he was given the locket. Simar tells about the risk of his life.
Aarav says his life is tightned with her and he returns the locket to her. She wears the locket again. Sandhya blesses them both. S Simar sees It’s still twenty minutes to four. The danger is not over yet. She looked worried. Chaya warned her to be conscious. Simar advices everyone to be alert. Everyone utters the name of matarani.
Reema still looks agitated with the past experiences. She becomes tired. Vivaan tries to calm her down. He hugs her and calms her down. Vivaan looks tensed about her health. But he feels confident that no one can split them from each other. They both look peaceful.
Chaya screams in anger, as Simar snatches everything from her. She says that Simar will become the reason of the death of Aarav. Badima orders her sons to lock the windows and doors as no one can take entry. Badima asks Simar to be calm down.
Seeing Aditi and Gagan, Simar gets nervous to see them. Simar rebukes them for coming but Aditi confirms her with their blessed dhaga. They can’t be absent in the danger of Simar. But Simar asks to save themselves. Simar reminds the fallen water she runs towards the room of Aarav.
Simar comes running towards Aarav’s room to check him and finds him sleeping peacefully. But she also finds some water on the floors. She tries to find the source of the water and as she comes to the stair following the water marks, Aditi is also coming towards upstairs to see Aarav. Simar tries to warn her about the slippery watermarks on the stairs but she fails. Aditi slips her leg and falls, rolling all the stairs to the ground floor. She hits the ground badly and losts her sense. Everyone comes to her. They are so scared about Aditi and her Baby. Badimaa finds the time is nearly 4 in the clock. She and Simar gets more scared. They all runs hurriedly towards the hospital. In the hospital the nurse asks them not to come to the operation room.
On the other side Kamakshi gets so happy that atlast her dream is going to full fill after so long. She loughs out of her breath about Aditi’s condition and Simar’s defeat. In operation theatre the nurse puts oxygen mask on Aditi. Aarav is also there for his Chuti( Aditi). He tries to clam Simar down. Badimaa cries badly in front Matarani. She continously keeps praying for Aditi and her baby. She feels more guilty about her past dids. Gagan’s mother comes to the hospital and she scarily asks about premature delivery pf Aditi. Shandhya tries to say something but Chitra makes the thing more scary. She says, sometimes even premature babies are also safe after delivery. Gagan tries to come down his mother.
The Nurse comes, announces they need the Aditi’s blood group and it is urgent. Shandhya and Indu asks Simar to do something for Aditi and her Baby. They all cries badly in front of her. Simar comes to Aditi and puts her Matarani locket around Aditi neck. Then She comes to Matarani where Badima is praying for Aditi.
Episode ends with Badimaa blessing Simar whole heartedly and they both start praying in of Matarni for Aditi.
