By Anil Merani:  If there is an artist who is ready to challenge any fear, it would be Shilpa Shinde. Having been around for years doing consistently good work (Mayka, Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai!etc) Shilpa Ji has made a considerable name for herself.

Not content with her successful forays into fiction, Shilpa Ji ventured into the world of Bigg Boss 11, capturing the hearts and minds of viewers, and forging a deeper connection with her audience. No wonder she emerged as the winner

She then hopped on the OTT bandwagon with Paurashpur during the pandemic.

Now, Shilpa Ji is all set to embark on a thrilling adventure in Romania for Khatron Ki Khiladi 14( Colors TV), a journey that promises excitement and surprises. It would be exciting and fun to see yet another facet of Shilpa’s life when she grapples with insects, water and heights.

Her presence in  Khatron would earn the show lots of extra eyeballs, with fans trooping to see  Shilpa ji next move.

I applaud Shilpa for daring to venture into different formats at a stage in her career when most would have chosen to stick to the familiar. She could have easily landed another daily show, but her artistic spirit craves more.

She is not afraid of failing and faltering, another hallmark of a great performer. KKK host Rohit Shetty will be happy having  Shilpa in his entourage this year. Asim Riaz, Gashmeer Mahajani, Nimrit Kaur, Abhishek Kumar, and others will clash with  Shilpa for the crown.

Shilpa has never baulked away from a fight, so it would be interesting to see if any organic tiffs happened during the heat of competition. At her stature, she would not opt for a staged fracas. Her Bigg Boss arguments always made sense.

For Shilpa, winning is not the sole motive. She always makes it a point to fight until the last—just what  Khatron asks for.

After Bigg Boss and  Khatron, there is no virgin TV territory left for  Shilpa to break into.

We hope that Khatron’s stint further stiffens her, and she tries to break into B-Town and OTT, where she will surely make waves.
