The episode begins with Vaidya Vishwanath asking villagers to give him a chance to see the kids. He says Diti is a suspicious lady. Villagers refuse to believe him. Vaidya Vishwanath says Diti doesn’t know anything about medicine, so how can villagers trust her? Villagers say Vaidya Vishwanath doesn’t have kids, so he won’t understand their pain. They push Vaidya Vishwanath. Vaidya Vishwanath goes near Shivling and tells Mahadev that wrong is happening, so the latter should come to save the kids from fever. He asks Mahadev to listen to his prayer and come. Mahadev hears this.
Meanwhile, Devi Parvati does meditation. She opens her eyes and wonders why she is feeling like this for the first time. She recalls how Lord Narayan said everyone should stay in their lok until they find a solution to this fever.
Kali tells Jwarasur to hide in the place that he told him. Jwarasur agrees and leaves from there. Kali says the game began and it’s really fun. And he will create a second issue before Mahadev finds a solution to the first issue. In the swarglok, Indradev coughs. In the village, villagers blame Mata for their kids’ condition. They decide not to do Mata’s puja. They feel Mata thinks they are weak; that’s why she is punishing them like this.
On the other side, Lord Narayan says devotees are blaming Jagatjanani for this fever. And devotees are turning against the goddess, which is wrong, so they should stop this. Brahmadev agrees with Lord Narayan. Lord Narayan says devotion is the biggest weapon, and humans don’t know that. Brahmadev says they should make sure devotees are afraid of lords and goddesses.
Mahadev comes there in Bholenaath form and asks about the devotees’ wish (the Bum Bole song plays in the background). He asks them how they can snatch the boon that they gave to humans. Lord Narayan says humans started giving place to bad vibes in their hearts. Mahadev says they exist for humans. Lord Narayan asks whether it’s right to fulfill humans’ prayers without reading their hearts. Mahadev says they should wait for the right time. And everyone is equal for Shiv, and he listens to everyone’s prayer. He announces he will fulfill the prayer definitely if he can then. He tells Lord Narayan and Brahmadev to wait and watch and leaves from there. Brahmadev asks what Mahadev is up to. Lord Narayan says only time will tell that.
Diti says Mahadev can do anything, so why is he not doing anything? She asks Kali why Mahadev did not go to find Jwarasur. Kali says that’s Bholenaath, not Mahadev, so he can do anything. But he can’t find Jwarasur. Diti tells Kali to tell Jwarasur to be ready for the second attack. Kali says they should keep an eye on Shiv Shakti. And he wants to know the next move of Shiv Shakti. He searches for Bholenaath but could not find it. He wonders whether Bholenaath is hiding from him to defeat him.
Devi Parvati thinks her devotees can’t suffer like this. She decides to help her devotees and reaches the village. Villagers see Devi Parvati. Devi Parvati asks them to calm down. Villagers tell Devi Parvati to leave from there because they don’t want her help. They say Devi Parvati is selfish, and she is the reason behind the fever.

Precap: Bholenaath meets Vaidya Vishwanath. Vaidya Vishwanath asks Bholenaath to take kid form. So Bholenaath takes kid form to learn the reason for the fever.
