The episode starts with many pictures of baby getting scattered on floor and on Alia after Sarang opens the window. Alia looks at one and remembers telling Alia that she wants to be a mother. Rahul comes and tells him that the AC got fixed. Alia asks him why there was so much noise there. Chotelaal comes and says that the new guy has come and he doesn’t know the rules but he will make him understand.
Chotelaal goes to Sarang and tells him that it’s forbidden to pick up calls and talk so loudly. Sarang replies that Gauri and Rakesh had called him and they are his best friends. Chotelaal asks him to do his work. Sarang asks him where writers sit. He says that he is part of that team. Chotelaal clears his misunderstanding: he is not a writer but junior office boy. Sarang is shocked and wants to clear the misunderstanding talking to Rahul but he gives him some papers to fill and says that there is no need of new writers. Rahul has to rush to Alia’s cabin. Sarang is left disappointed.
In the evening, Sarang goes back to his flat where Ramesh and the other mates are waiting for him to give party. Sarang’s mood is off and asks whether they can shift the party to another day. He reveals that he got office boy’s job and not writer’s position. Ramesh makes him understand that this job for him is like a wall to money plant which would fall if the wall wasn’t there. Sarang is keen on making the wall between him and his dreams fall and decides to resign the next day.
The next day, Ramesh asks Sarang if he is surely going to leave his job. Sarang says that he cannot do this job and leave his dreams behind. Ramesh makes Sarang understand that if he keeps working with Alia, one day she will give him opportunity to write. Sarang gets an idea and says that today office runner Sarang is going to work but writer Sarang will come back.
On the other hand, Gautam calls Alia and tells her that he is going to destroy Veer. Alia reminds him that she asked him to stay away from Veer’s matter. She says that she wants to go ahead in her life and not look back as she would get nothing by destroying Veer. She cuts the call.
Meanwhile, Chotelaal is cleaning the receptionist’s table and he takes the chocolates from it. The receptionist comes and scolds him. Sarang comes and she lectures him for being so late. Chotelaal takes Sarang away and says that her mood since he took her chocolates.
Then Sarang goes to give chai to all the employees and distributes the cups dedicating a small poem to each of them. He looks at Manju’s empty desk and remembers her. Alia enters the office. Sarang stares at her. Alia doesn’t remember Sarang’s name so Chotelaal mocks him. Sarang asks him to wait till the evening and says that Alia might not remember his name but she will surely remember his work. Chotelaal wonders what bomb he is going to throw. Alia informs Rahul that Mr Sinha is coming in the evening and they will be giving him all their services for free because of the mistake the company made.
On the other hand, Veer gets a call and tries to take fifteen days to move his stuff but he is given only one week. He tells Nitya, who is with him, that they’re finished. He tells Nitya that Gautam is trying to dissolve their business partnership. Nitya suggests to go to the court but Veer says that they won’t be able to pay the expenses. Veer blames Alia for his failure. Nitya tries to calm down but he walks away.
Veer reaches Direct dil se tak office and comes to know from Rahul that Alia is at a meeting. He leaves. All the employees find a chit under the chai cup and it is saying that they should come at 4pm at canteen and a big secret will be revealed. Everyone gets nervous fearing for their secrets to be revealed. Sarang looks at them and says that it’s time to change his mistake into opportunity.

Precap: Veer tells Alia that she is like her mother: a terrible person. He creates a scene in front of everyone and that becomes a news. The employees at the company think that there must be Alia’s mistake also.
