Epidose starts with Bhim learning Yoga from Rekha. Madan instructs Rekha from a hidden place to seduce Bhim. Bhim gets very nervous seeing Rekha’s open back in yoga posture. Rekha touches his hands and helps him to do the yoga properly. Bhim finally does to yoga but cries out of pain. Fulmati hears that from the room. She gets very curious about Rekha and Bhim yoga practice. She comes out and gets very angry on Bhim because of Rekha new yoga dramas. Fulmati takes up Bhim. Rekha gets nervous but she says that she is trying to help Bhim to maintain his health only. Fulmati takes Bhim inside the home. Rekha and Madan’s plan to crack Bhim and Fulmati’s relationship, turns out to be successful enough.
In the evening, Madan asks Dadi for her permission. Dadi permits Madan to takes two sisters. But she herself denies to go anywhere. Papel looks happy with the decision but Bindiya looks devastated. Payal happily packs her bags. Bindiya recalls the happy old days. Taking the cards which she gifted to her parents, Bindiya starts crying. She starts to miss her parents. Staring at her Dadi, her tears toll down. She tears off the card as she is going to leave the house. Bindiya is asked by Dadi what she have done. Bindiya answers that as she is going to depart from this village. She expresses her pain and says she is going to leave her. Dadi is going to make her understand, but Bindiya clearly says she will not listen anything. Dadi is in quandary. Fulmati smirks aside and requests Dadi not to send them.
Though Bindiya and Fulmati become upset with the decision of Madan, but Dadi also supports the decision of Madan. Few times before, Madan indoctrinated Dadi which changed the opinion of Dadi. Fulmati becomes upset as her plan has failed. Dadi asks Madan to take them away. When Madan wants to take Dadi with her, Fulmati firmly says this can’t be happened. Here, Bindiya also firmly says if her Dadi wouldn’t go with them, they will not go anywhere. She also mentions of some great idols who studied in their own village. Here, Payal becomes reckless and wants to go to town. Fulmati feels irritated and wrangles with Payal.
The squabble makes Payal upset and she runs from the place. Bindiya comes her to cheer her up, she also mentions the positive things of village one by one. Payal feels irksome with the words of Bindiya. Bindiya hugs Payal and recalls the words of her father. She also gives her logic for going town. Payal wants to go town with Madan as there are so many facilities and chances. She hopes to be happy in the town. When Bindiya declines the proposal, then Payal reluctantly says she will definitely go. The dispute continues between them and Payal leaves the place. Here, Madan feels irritated as Bindiya again fails their plan. Fulmati mocks at him and makes fun of her foolishness. She also asks to go away from this village.
