Vijayendra Kumeria:Â I love to have a glass of chaas every day with my lunch to beat the heat. It’s healthy and keeps your system cool from within. It’s tasty and healthy at the same time.

Amal Sehrawat: I am drinking 500 ml of homemade shikanji with lemon, a pinch of rock salt, Splenda, and lots of ice. It helps me in rehydration and also gives the required amount of vitamin C.

Arun Mandola:Â I am drinking Rooh Afza to beat this heat. Well, I am drinking lots of cold stuff chaas, lassi, lemon water. Alternatively, I am drinking this cold stuff but the maximum I use to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day.

Priyanka Biswas: I’ve been drinking this green tea detoxifying water daily 7-8 times a day. It’s basically a combination of green tea, cucumbers and lemon, one can also add mint leaves. Then add water and refrigerate overnight in a jar/ tumbler. You can have it as many times a day. It is even beneficial in losing weight.

Sudipto Balav: To beat the heat this summer, I have been drinking a lot of water, especially infused water, which keeps me hydrated all throughout the day. Besides that, I have been having a lot is smoothies which keeps cool and it’s brilliant to drink and absolutely refreshing. My favourite is a mixed berry smoothie.
