The show begins with Kadarkal reaches to the Tribal’s Panchayath. Arjun welcomes them happily. Arjun asks the team members to take the fire stand in their hand and lighten it first then go back to their positions. According to Survivor Fire is the the important one in this game. If they lost this fire then it means they lost himself. Kadarkals lighten their fire stands and places it near them. Arjun says to them as he said before they are here because they lost in the Immunity challenge. Now they are gonna vote for the person whom they wishes to eliminate from this show. There is no power for tribe leader they can vote to the person whom in your mind. Those who getting higher votes will be eliminate from this show. Arjun says let’s start Tribal Panchayat now. He says to Gayathri that as a tribe leader she failed to lead her team to success. Is she taking all responsibility of it or she has anything to say about it? Gayathri answers to him that she tried in all possible way to win this game but unfortunately they couldn’t make it. She says to him that Ram couldn’t balance himself they hold tight their hand. If they balanced little they wouldn’t have faced this situation today. Arjun questions Ram Is he ready to take this responsibility? Ram says to him that he is taking all responsibility here because they lossed today because of him only. He couldn’t balance himself there. Neither he don’t have the clarity to stand at last considering his weight nor team mentioned this strategy. If they followed the strategy like opposite team them they would have win in it today.
Arjun says to Ram that he mentioned in the first task he felt positivity in group but how come everything turned negative today? He demands him to share the reason with him. Ram says to him that he doesn’t wanna mention a particular person he is feeling negativity in the team. Ram adds that he is not even sleeping with the team. Arjun questions him why did he behaving like this what’s the reason? He answers to him that he used to sleep alone more then that he was snoring he don’t wanna disturb his team that’s why. Arjun says to him in sarcasm doesn’t he mentioned snake fear now mentioning snore what’s the actual reason? Ram again stands in his point. Arjun says to Umapathy that he wishes to see a woman leading their team? It’s a nice thought after this much happened Is he regretting his decision? Umapathy answers to him not at all. After loss the task they lost their unity while blaming each other. They can’t able to accept this mistakes. After that incident they are keeping all things in their mind and started to react back. Just adding fuel in the fire. Arjun asks him to mention whom added fuel in the fire?
Umapathy mentions Ram is the one whom added fuel in the fire. As a leader she shouldn’t get angry often, she wanna try to unite the team instead she was arguing with others. She needs time to think about the incident and clarify the things. He narrates to him how did Gayathri left angrily and Ram went behind her. He conveyed her thoughts to them. Umapathy complaints that he was talking with Saran happily Ram came there and asked them to keep quiet reasoning Gayathri was in mood off. He complaints that its unnecessary thing to them. He is creating scene there. Ram adds that they were teasing her. Gayathri says to him that she has no idea about it. Ram says that it happened in her absence. Umapathy demands him to explain it then. Gayathri explains to him that she was angry on that day for two minutes. She used to blabber in anger its her habit. Ram says to him that he followed her behind because of care. He narrates the incident to him. Gayathri says to him that she warned him don’t mention it to them but he didn’t listened. Arjun questions her why did she got angry? She says to him that she felt they are not listening to her. Arjun asks her to mention whom not listened to her? Gayathri clears with him that she thought they are not listening to her ignoring her but later she understood she was not loud. Saran says to him that they didn’t listen her voice at all. They were busy in building shelter on that day. Arjun says to Gayathri she wanna be louder and bold when she is in leader position.
Arjun questions Vikranth doesn’t he ask sorry to her twins? Actually he had the habit of not sorry. Vikranth gives credits to his father reasoning he taught him that he can ask sorry, and mention please if he is doing good purpose. To solve that issue he apologied to Gayathri when he didn’t commit any mistake. Gayathri too agrees with him. Vikranth says to Arjun that he was listening to Saran because he has no idea about it. He was indulge with it Gayathri left angrily Ram said to him that he hated her. Vikranth clears with him she was the one ordered them to take responsibility so they just done their work. He mentioned to her on that day if she shows attitude to them they will return it in double. If she shows love to them they will return the same.
Arjun asks Vijayalakshmi to share her point of view in this issue. She says to him that she has no idea what happened there she was simply cooking there. She wouldn’t have felt wrong when she walked away as a team member. She shouldn’t have done like that being a captain. She heard from Ram that Gayathri said to him when team lost the task they will understand she is right. She got angry to hear it and disappointed with her. They didn’t make her a leader for it. They decided to choose a woman as a leader. They felt Gayathri as young and bold. She adds that being with Vikranth and group she feels refreshment. If Ram mingled with them he would have feel the same. Vikranth says to him that he won’t get anything if he avoid him.
Arjun questions Gayathri Is she really mentioned they will come back to her after they loss in the task. Gayathri accepts it and says to him they are blaming her for walking out from that conversation. Apart from a leader she is a human being she will get angry too. She will correct it in coming days. Vijayalakshmi says that they have less time already they shouldn’t sit here. May be Gayathri’s family knew about her but they have no idea about her. Saran says to him that they followed her plan only in it.
Arjun asks Lakshmi to give rating to Gayathri’s leadership. She gives 3/10 reasoning she woke up late and allows the team to take their own decision. If she become a team member she wouldn’t behave like this instead she plan well. Arjun asks Umapathy to give his rating. He gives 5/10 reasoning she woke up late. As a leader she shouldn’t walked away in middle of conversation. Lady kash gives 6/10 reasoning she didn’t organize anything well and there is no clarity in her words. Saran gives 5/10 reasoning she didn’t give any order to them and guided them. Vikranth gives 3/10 reasoning as a leader she might take the responsibility of loss instead she blames Ram in everything. Ram gives 5/10 reasoning she didn’t give any work to him he was doing all works there. Gayathri gives 6/10 for her leadership and accepts everyone words.
Arjun questions the team what’s their opinion in Indraja’s elimination. Vijayalakshmi says to him she is the youngest one in team. She doesn’t know to swim though she gave her best. She was the one performed well in the second task. She felt disappointed to see her eliminated from the team. Saran and Umapathy agrees with it. Vikranth says that she was the one cooking for all not only she cooked but also she helped in everything. Ram too agrees with it. Gayathri says to Arjun that she felt she is 1% weak comparing to others in her team. She has no option then giving her name there. She is mentally strong girl and has capability to do everything.
Arjun says to them its time for elimination. He asks the tribes to do their voting. Saran votes for Gayathri, Vijayalakshmi votes for Gayathri, Lady Kash votes for Ram, Gayathri votes for Ram, Vikranth votes for Gayathri. Ram votes for Umapathy. Umapathy votes for Gayathri.
Arjun brings the voting jar there. He informs to them there is one life line for then here. They can choose random silambu from it. If they gets silver pears while breaking it they will be eliminate from this game. If they get golden pearls then they are safe. He counts the votes and announces Gayathri got huge votes. She gets disappointed to hear it and says to him they are already chose her so she is ready to leave. She selects the random life line but she got silver one. Arjun says to her she is eliminating today. He blow off her fire and says she lost her fire.
Gayathri says all the best to her team members. Arjun asks her to write her last words in the diary. She writes her last words and cries. Kadarkal leaves from there taking their fire stands.
