The episode starts with Roshni entering the house with her sister’s support. She cries, recalling her joy of telling her sister and husband about her pregnancy. Ritika goes to bring khichdi for Roshni after she makes her lie on the bed. She then requests Mayank to speak to Roshni, but Mayank refuses and leaves, saying he doesn’t care. Ritika gets upset. Roshni tries to contact Ranjan, but the call goes unanswered, so she gets sad.
Here, Mayank reads a letter from his girlfriend and gets upset. A flashback shows Mayank at night, spending time with his friends, who tell him not to worry because Roshni will win the court case for him. Just then, a distressed girl arrives and requests Mayank and his friends to save her from the men following her. Mayank questions those men. One of them warns Mayank to stay away from this matter. Mayank fights with them and makes them leave. Mayank’s friends question the girl about those men. Mayank asks his friends not to question her, seeing her restless state. He then drops her off at her hostel. He asks her name, and she says it’s Keerti. She decides to have lunch with him. Mayank agrees and gives her his number. In the present, Mayank gets frustrated, wondering where Keerti went.
At Roshni’s house, her family members talk about Roshni’s miscarriage, so one of them advises them to stop talking about it so that Roshni can recover. Shashwat arrives there. He inquires about Roshni’s health condition. He also says that he will support Roshni at this difficult time. Roshni comes out and thanks Shashwat, saying her family is with her. She then asks her family members to return home, but her mother and sister decide to stay back to take care of her. Shashwat asks Ritika to take his number to contact him if there is any emergency, but Ritika tells him that Roshni must have his number, so she will get it from her. Shashwat agrees, then leaves.
On the other side Mayank meets Rathore who shares his deal with him to support him. But Mayank tells him about his partnership with Pandey and decides to leave. Rathore stops him and tells him about the benefits he gets by joining hands with him. He gives a week time to Mayank to decide. Meanwhile Ranjan is seen spending time with Meghna. Meghna tells her father on the call that she likes someone. Her father supports her saying he knows she will never take any wrong decision.
Here, Roshni is seen returning from work. She misses her mother-in-law. She shares her guilt of failing to protect her unborn child with her mother-in-law’s photo frame. She then has a breakdown seeing the little dress made by her mother-in-law. Ritika rushes to comfort her. Later, Roshni recalls her moments with Ranjan. Meanwhile, Ranjan is seen spending time with Meghna. He gets closer to her, unaware of Roshni’s call.
Precap: Roshni refuses to sign the divorce papers sent by Ranjan, saying she wants to know the reason. Later, Roshni and Ranjan cross paths. They both get shocked seeing each other.
Our take: Mayank’s behavior toward Roshni, despite knowing her state, is not right. Roshni’s guilt over losing her child is heartbreaking. Meanwhile, Ranjan is moving on with Meghna without giving proper closure to his relationship with Roshni.
