The episode starts with Raj opening up about the painful truth he had been hiding for the last seven years. He reveals that he lived away from the family because he was terrified that the Ranjan family would never accept him again. More than anyone else, he feared that his own daughter Sumitra would refuse to recognize him as her father. Raj feels that his place in the family has already been lost forever and that his return may only create more problems for everyone.
Sumitra becomes emotional and asks Raj not to leave the house again. She says that the family had gone through endless pain and struggles during his absence. She explains how difficult life became without him and requests him to stay back and give some love and time to the family. Meanwhile, Sameer decides to leave quietly, but Sumitra stops him from going. Raj then learns that Roshni and Sameer were almost going to marry each other. This truth fills him with guilt because he feels responsible for ruining Roshni’s life once again.
Roshni calmly explains to Raj that his presence is still important for the family. However, Sumitra refuses to accept him wholeheartedly as her father. Her harsh and rude words deeply hurt everyone around her. Roshni loses her patience after hearing Sumitra continuously insult Raj and, in a moment of anger, slaps her daughter. The entire family becomes shocked by the sudden reaction.
Later, Roshni regrets her action and apologizes to Sumitra. She admits that she could not control her emotions because she was already under immense pressure. Roshni’s mother advises her to stay calm and give Sumitra enough time to heal emotionally. At the same time, Raj feels extremely disturbed and blames himself for bringing more pain into the family. He never wanted Roshni to suffer for the second time because of him. Trying to shift the atmosphere toward happiness, Raj blesses newly married couple Mayank and Kirti and wishes them a peaceful married life.
On the other side, Ritika and Sid finally move ahead with their IVF plans. Ritika receives a confirmation email stating that the procedure is scheduled for the next day. Although nervous and emotional, she gathers strength after Roshni motivates her to stay hopeful and strong during the journey.
Soon, Anand uncle arrives at the Ranjan house after hearing about Raj’s return. The moment he sees Raj, he breaks down emotionally and begs him not to disappear from their lives again. Anand’s emotional reaction touches everyone, but Sumitra becomes upset once more after seeing Raj receive so much support. Vishesh is then requested to convince Sumitra and help her understand her father’s situation.
Later, Sumitra goes to meet Sameer privately. She asks him to marry her mother Roshni because she still cannot accept Raj as her father. Sameer patiently explains to Sumitra that Raj deserves one chance to correct his mistakes. He warns her that if she keeps insulting Raj, then he may never get the opportunity to rebuild the broken relationship with his family.

Our Take:
This episode focused strongly on emotions, guilt, and broken family relationships. Raj’s return has reopened old wounds, especially for Sumitra, who is still unable to forgive him. Roshni is trying her best to keep the family united, but emotions are making everything more difficult. The IVF track of Ritika and Sid also added a hopeful layer to the emotional storyline.
Will Sumitra finally forgive Raj and accept him as her father? Could Sameer sacrifice his own feelings to reunite Roshni and Raj?
