Episode starts with Malhar says do you know How many Orphanages in India. Kalyani explains Orphanages list and let’s eat and than we can search other Orphanages. Malhar eats Vadapav and says it’s so spicy. Kalyani too searches for Water. Malhar says they don’t have water than Kalyani says let’s eat Sweets we bought for Moksh and gives Laddo to Malhar.
Malhar drops Kalyani at home and asks her to take rest and gives Chocolates and Sweets to her. Media people stops Kalyani and asks her for interview. Kalyani agrees but Anupriya hurriedly takes Kalyani inside. Avni stands on building wall with cake and sees Kalyani with sweets and thinks to make Kalyani reveal the truth.
Reporters plans to cover it. Avni about to fell down. Kalyani asks her to think about her unborn baby. Avni says you betrayed me and hided the fact that you’re having affair with Malhar. Kalyani says you’re mistaken, come downstairs, I will explain you. Anji throws cake saying come upstairs because I won’t come down. Kalyani reaches upstairs and than she gets heavy cough. Malhar says Avni what you said. Avni says Malhar ji and she about to fell down but Kalyani drags her back and fell down. Malhar saves her in time. Avni gets mad seeing them. Avni comes downstairs and thinks did Malhar had that Laddo in place of Kalyani. Malhar places blood in Kalyani forehead like Sindoor and losts conscious saying he loves her.
Kalyani asks him to open his eyes and asks Anupriya to call Ambulance. Anupriya takes Pallavi phone and tried to call Hospital. Pallavi says if he is dead than everyone will blame us. Kalyani asks her to stop. Malhar regains conscious and says I love you Kalyani. Anupriya asks Aaosaheb to call their driver to take Malhar in car. Aaosaheb says car is not working. Avni asks Kalyani to move away but Kalyani shouts on her to stay away from them and she asks Anupriya to do something. Anupriya goes to get Taxi and noone stops to help her. Avni says Pawar will come here with ambulance but she didn’t notice Kalyani and Malhar and asks where they went. Anupriya looks on.
Kalyani takes Malhar in Ambulance but it’s gets stopped. Driver says vehicle is stopped and they need mechanic. Than Kalyani sees Fruits wheel vehicle and takes Malhar to hospital in that one while assuring him that nothing will happen to him and he gets heavy cough than she makes him drink the water, than he about bto list consciousness than Kalyani shouts him to open his eyes saying they have to search more Orphanages then she takes him to hospital and Nurses takes him inside.
Kalyani asks Doctor to check him. Doctor says he is Malhar right. Kalyani says yes. Doctor says his wife called us and warned us to not allow anyone near Malhar. Kalyani says she is DM and closed one to Malhar. Avni reaches to hospital with Pawar and asks Doctor about Malhar condition. Doctor says let us check. Avni scolds Kalyani for bringing Malhar to hospital without thinking anything and questions who’s responsible if something happens to him in the way than she notices blood Sindoor in Kalyani forehead and says I’m his wife so it’s my right to choose. Doctor asks what Malhar had to vomit blood.
Avni says I will explain everything to you inside and dont allow Kalyani. Kalyani asks Pawar to take care if Malhar and than she gets call saying they mailed orphanage numbers than Kalyani thinks is something mixed in Laddo and than she goes home to check that Laddo.
