Seo Hyun Jin’s upcoming Korean remake of Swedish drama “Love Me” has revealed its star studded cast!
“Love Me” is an upcoming drama that tells the story of a relatable family in which each member embarks on their own journey of love and personal growth.
Recently actress Seo Hyun Jin was confirmed to be play the role of Seo Joon Kyung, a successful obstetrician-gynecologist. On the surface she seems to be a confident independent woman who lacks nothing but underneath she hides her deep loneliness from the outside world. Over time, she begins to bond and find solace in her next-door neighbor, a man who has seen and understand her hidden loneliness.
Actor Chang Ryul has been confirmed to play the role of Seo Joon Kyung’s neighbor Joo Do Hyun, a free-spirited music director renowned for his talent. When he runs into Seo Joon Kyung, Joo Do Hyun immediately sees through her façade and his peaceful everyday life begins to change in unexpected ways.
Veteran actor Yoo Jae Myung will play Seo Joon Kyung’s father Seo Jin Ho, the head of his neighborhood’s local administrative office.Seo Jin Ho always faces all challenges and difficulties in life with a smile but when he resigns his job to lead a peaceful happy life, he finds himself facing the worst moment of his life. When love unexpectedly comes his way later on, Seo Jin Ho fights to hold onto that love in a way that he could never have imagined himself doing in the past.
Actor Lee Si Woo will play Seo Joon Kyung’s younger brother Seo Joon Seo, an immature hopeless romantic who constantly craves love and reassurance of being loved. Although he managed to graduate school with the help of his sister, all he cares about is his relationship with his girlfriend. Despite feeling sorry for his father, who makes sacrifices for their family, Seo Joon Seo has no interest in taking responsibility and helping him out. Inspite of having a good relationship with his girlfriend he is actually insecure and nervous making him feel lonely even when they are together.
TWICE’s Dahyun makes her debut in dramas and will play Seo Joon Seo’s childhood friend Ji Hye On, who has known him all her life. Seo, Ji Hye On is a publishing editor and aspiring novelist who has loved books since childhood unlike Seo Joon Seo, she is responsible person and independent. Because Ji Hye On has always taken care of Seo Joon Seo like family, there is nothing she doesn’t know about his love life. But one day, she realizes that their longtime friendship has blossomed into love.
In addition actress Yoon Se Ah will play Jin Ja Young, a cheerful and friendly tour guide who leads a hectic life due to her busy schedule. A romantic by heart, Jin Ja Young is always more excited about sightseeing than the tourists she guides. One day, she comes across Seo Jin Ho, who doesn’t look even the slightest bit excited despite being on vacation.
