Week 50 TRP TOP 20 SHOWS : Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 takes the top spot, Zee TV dominates Top 5

By Gossips TV : Week 50 BARC data is out, and it has brought a significant shake-up across the Hindi GEC landscape. Star Plus’ long-dominating prime-time lineup witnessed visible pressure this week, while Zee TV’s post-revamp strategy clearly paid off with multiple shows storming into the Top 5.

Leading the chart is Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, which grabbed the No.1 position following the high-voltage Tulsi–Mihir confrontation and the much-talked-about Noina affair track. The strong nostalgia factor combined with dramatic storytelling helped the show overtake Anupama, which settled for the second spot this week.

Zee TV emerged as the biggest gainer as Tum Se Tum Tak jumped to No.3, marking a notable rise. Adding to the channel’s momentum, Vasudha entered the Top 5 for the first time at No.4, while Ganga Maai Ki Betiyaan climbed to No.5.

Veteran sitcom Taarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chashma held steady at No.6, followed by Udne Ki Aasha at No.7. Long-running Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai slipped to No.8, while Laughter Chefs 3 saw a major dip, landing at No.9. Aarti Anjali Awasthi completed the Top 10.

Further down the list, Jagadhatri ranked 11th, Mannat stood at 12th, followed by Tu Juliet Jatt Di, Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, and Mangal Lakshmi at 15th. Shiv Shakti placed 16th, while Lakshmi Ka Safar faced a sharp fall to 17th. Jhanak ranked 18th, Saru came in at 19th, and Itti Si Khushi made its first-ever Top 20 entry at No.20.

On the GEC front, Sony SAB topped the charts with 173 GRPs, followed by Star Plus at 157 GRPs. Colors TV witnessed a major setback, dropping sharply to 127 GRPs from last week’s 152.
