By Gossips TV : BARC India has released the Week 8 TRP ratings, and television viewership continues to see fluctuations due to the ongoing T20 World Cup. Several shows recorded drops this week, though a few managed to maintain stability or witness slight growth in numbers.
At the top of the chart, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi witnessed a slight increment and secured the number one position. Tum Se Tum Tak followed closely at the second spot, maintaining its strong hold among viewers. Anupama sustained its position at number three, continuing its steady run on the charts.
Ganga Maai Ki Betiyaan ranked fourth this week, while Vasudha completed the top five list. Udne Ki Aasha secured the sixth spot, and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai witnessed a minor rise in ratings to claim the seventh position. Naagin 7 slipped slightly to the eighth position this week.
Meanwhile, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah stood at number nine, while Lakshmi Niwas entered the top ten for the first time, marking a notable milestone for the show.
Outside the top ten, Laughter Chefs witnessed a major drop and landed at the eleventh position. Mr and Mrs Parshuram followed at twelfth, while Mannat ranked thirteenth. Jagadhatri secured the fourteenth spot, and Aarti Anjali Awasthi stood at fifteenth.
Further down the list, Dr Aarambhi held the sixteenth position. Tu Juliet Jatt Di ranked seventeenth, followed by Mahadev And Sons at eighteenth. Jhanak placed nineteenth, while Saru re-entered the top twenty list at the twentieth spot.
Among GEC channels, Sony SAB topped the chart this week, followed by Star Plus in second place and Colors TV at third.
