Episode starts with Brij asking to meet Dia, but Anju and Palki makes some excuses and sends him inside the operation theatre. At that time Dia and Armaan comes there but couldn’t able to meet Brij. Dia assures her family that everything will get fine and Palki gives a letter to Dia, stating that Brij has written it for the donor. Dia takes the letter and gets sentimental after reading it. She hugs her family and tells that Brij will soon get fine. Anju blesses Dia and Armaan takes her inside to start the preparation for the surgery.
Here, Dia and Armaan gets into a conversation with the doctor. She prohibits him from notifying Brij about the donor, while the doctor agrees. Dia removes her jewelleries and nuptial chain in order to go inside the operation theatre. Whereas, Armaan keeps her things and assures that she will be fine.
Armaan motivates Dia and promises to always support her. She shows her gratitude towards him via hug. They both gets tensed but pretends to be fine. Meanwhile, Dia’s operation gets started and Mathurs along with Armaan starts praying for Dia’s wellbeing.
Elsewhere, Palki and Anju gets restless and keeps worrying about Dia. Whereas, Rastogis tries to convince Sudha and insists her to open the door of her room, but the latter just stays silent. Saloni goes towards the temple and prays for Dia’s recovery, stating that Armaan loves his wife and she just wants his happiness.
Armaan keeps staring at the operation room and becomes tensed for Dia. The doctor starts their procedure of taking bone marrow from Dia’s body and even tries to avoid any complications. Dia’s condition gets worsen, while everyone starts panicking, but the doctors somehow handles the situation and completes the procedure.
Ahead, Brij keep asking to meet Dia but the doctor says that he can’t meet anyone inside the Operation room. They assure to make him meet her after the surgery, while he thanks them. He questioned if everything will be fine? To which the doctors comforts him and ask to relax.
Brij falls asleep due to the medicine effect while the doctor waits to start his operation. Meanwhile, the doctor comes out and tells Armaan about Dia’s condition. He tells that everything is fine and Dia is out of danger. Armaan gets relieved after hearing it and shows his gratitude towards the doctor.
Further, Saloni sees her diary in which she has poured her feelings for Armaan and gets emotional. She keeps the diary in the temple and goes to do some work. Whereas, Bhavna comes there and takes the diary. She reads it and becomes shocked learning about Saloni’s feelings for Armaan. She smirks and determines not to let Dia enter inside their house again.
Precap:- Dia searches for Armaan and gets restless. She questions Bhavna that if she has seen him? To which the latter replies that he must be inside his room. Dia gets worried thinking that Armaan haven’t seen her messages or replied back to her calls. She goes inside the room and gets shocked seeing Armaan and Saloni in a close position. Armaan was sleeping on the lap of Saloni, while Dia keeps staring at them.
