Today’s episode starts with Kartik and Naira looks for Kairav. Kairav calls out for Naira and run. Riddhima asks Arjun not to run else he will be hurt. Naira and Kartik hear Kairav’s voice and rushes to safe him. Kairav runs at the side of deep lake. Riddhima while saving Kairav falls in the lake. Naira jumps too learning from Kartik that Riddhima don’t know how to swim. Naira rescue Riddhima. She confronts Riddhima for trying to snatch Kairav from her. She asks Riddhima being a mother how she can try to separate her from kairav. Naira asks Riddhima if she would have adopted a child than she would have been happy. Kartik says to Riddhima that they trusted him by giving precious Kairav to her but she betrayed them. Kairav says to Riddhima that he hates her. Riddhima asks Arjun not to hate her.
Riddhima further confesses that before taking Kairav’s case she prepared herself that she will not involve personally with him. She says her grief was so much that she forgot everything. Naira console Riddhima. She says she knows her licence has been cancelled insipte of that being a human she can help orphans or other children. Riddhima hugs Naira and praise her kindness. She says person like her exists rarely. Riddhima asks Kairav if she can hug her for one last time. Kairav hugs Riddhima. Riddhaim asks Kairav not to hate her.  She apologize to Kartik. Ahead, Kairav and Kartik praise Naira.
Ahead, Kartik learns from Manish that Suhasini is not well. He tells to Kartik and Naira that they have admitted her to the hospital. Naira stands shocked. Kairav asks Kartik to do ticket for Udaipur as they will return back home. He adds now they will not return back to Mumbai and will stay with Vansh and other. Kartik and Naira recalls the condition for leaving the home. Naira tells to Kairav they can’t stay at Udaipur forever and will return once Suhasini will be well. At hospital, Naksh says Suhasini didn’t regain consciousness. Manish worry for Suhasini. Kairva hugs him. Manish, Akhilesh and Naksh get happy seeing Kartik, Naira. Further,  kaira meet Suhasini and asks her to wake up. Suhasini don’t respond to them.
After sometime, Suashini takes Kartik’s name. Kartik and Naira gets happy. Suhasini asks Kaira not to go back leaving her. Kaira sit shocked. Manish too insists Kaira to return back home. Kaira recalls Gayu’s word. (Episode Ends)
