Talented and versatile actors Yum Jung Ah and Park Hae Joon may be teaming up together for an upcoming drama!
On December 3, A Korean entertainment portal reported that actors Yum Jung Ah and Park Hae Joon have been cast to star in a new drama “First, For Love”
While Yum Jung Ah’s representative has yet to comment on the report,
In response to the report, a representative from Park Hae Joon’s agency PLEO ent shared that Park Hae Joon has received an offer to star in the upcoming drama ‘First, For Love’ and is positively reviewing it. On the other hand, Actress Yum Jung Ah’s representative is yet to comment on the same.
“First, For Love” is an heartwarming , slice of life comedy drama that follows the story of an incompatible 43-year-old single mother and her 23-year-old medical student daughter as they move to the countryside to start a new life. In their new chapter of life, they encounter different type of people and chaotic situations which teaches them simple yet earnest lesson about life.
The series will be helmed by Director Yoo Je Won, who is known for his blockbuster hit dramas that includes “Oh My Ghost,” “Tomorrow, with You,” “Abyss,” “Hi Bye, Mama!,” “Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha,” “Crash Course in Romance,” and the recent popular drama “Love Next Door.”
Actress Yum Jung Ah has been reportedly offered the role of Ji An, a construction site manager who due to unexpected circumstances ends up being a single mother. Ji An strives to ensure her daughter lives a “correct” life as opposed to her own, which she believes to be filled with wrongs and mistakes.
Actor Park Hae Joon is in talks for the role of Jeong Seok, an architect whose polished suave appearance is in stark contrast with his rustic personality. Jeong Seok’s calm and peaceful life takes an unexpected turn after meeting Ji An and her daughter.
