episode begins with a couple getting excited to see a Dr. Bedi and thanks her saving their child’s life and calls her God. She looks at the baby’s Picture and tells them to keep him happy just like how he looks happy in the picture. Param prays to Babaji asking him to give a hint. Dr. Bedi hears it and comes to him. Param asks if she is Babaji’s hint. She tells him no and that she is Dr. Aditi. Param tells her that his mom is extremely ill and Yuvi also says that his bua also has a baby in womb and both of their lives are in danger. Aditi asks if hid mother name is Meher. Param is surprised and asked how does she know. She instead asks him where Meher is. Param gestures towards the room.
Kulwant gets emotional after hearing the doctor and Harleen , Bittu starts calling the doctors they know. Sarab asks the doctor how can there be a complication suddenly when only few minutes back she was confident of saving one of their lives. He begs her to understand and do something. Doctor tells him that Baby has turned inside and its complicated. Meher has also suffered internal injury and her plus is dropping. Doctor states it all and says in this situation its difficult for either of them to survive. Aditi comes there asking the Doctor if she is God?The doctor is surprised to see Dr. Aditi. Aditi again asks if she is God then how can she say who lives or dies.
Aditi introduces herself as senior doctor and a visiting faculty of this hospital. She asks about the status of Meher and Baby. She then tells Sarab that she has handled many such cases successfully and this too she will handle well.  Doctor Payal tells her that can’t brief Meher’s medical history in short time and asks to let her handle it. Aditi tells her that she has already given up and now she is going to handle. She asks Sarab to just sign a go ahead and she will do rest.
Param comes there and tells Sarab that this doctor is Babaji’s sign. Sarab folds hands in front of her asking her to save his wife and baby. Aditi calls Lalitha to bring file. Its now revealed that Aditi was the one instructed Lalitha Nurse all this while to inject something to Meher. Sarab signs it and Aditi performs operation.
Sarab is praying to Babaji. Aditi takes baby out but baby didn’t respond. A flower falls out of Babaji picture while Sarab was praying. Aditi comes out from operation theater and tells them that she is still in shock. She tells them after operation both Meher and baby didn’t respond and there was no pulse. It shows the doctors and nurses are teary eyed. Aditi removes ventilator from Meher and place baby on her chest. Within few seconds baby starts crying and Meher too gets back her pulse. Soon she opens eyes and touches her baby.
Aditi congratulate Sarab saying it’s a boy baby and Meher too is fine. Everyone gets very happy except Harleen. Sarab goes to meet Meher. Harleen leaves upset. Sarab goes to her room and smiles tearfully at the baby boy. Meher and Sarab smile st each other. Episode ends.
