The episode starts with Meher getting shocked seeing Karan stuck in fire. She tries saving him but the fire is too damn high. Sarab and Vikram rush to save Meher and Karan. The door is locked but Meher couldn’t get to the door to open it. Sarab breaks open the door and finds it burning completely.
A burning log is about to fall on Meher but Sarab saves her. Param tries going in but Harleen and Robbie stops him. Meher calls for Karan whose cradle is burning. Vikram takes Karan and passes him to Sarab. Sarab takes Karan out along with Meher. Aditi asks him to save Vikram but Vikram is opening the locker making use of the password. Param shows the empty trolley to Sarab and Meher says that Karan is on bed. Sarab tries going in seeing the bed catching fire but couldn’t. Sarab falls devastated while everyone cries.
Vikram hears Karan’s cries and rushes to save him without opening the locker. He wraps him in his coat and a burning log falls on his back. Sarab rushes in and throws the log away but Vikram is lost in Karan. Sarab saved Vikram and Karan once again from a falling log and they both go out.
Vikram gives Karan to Meher and she cries holding him. Sarab thanks God and everyone feels relieved. Sarab thanks Vikram and hugs him. Aditi asks if he’s fine to Vikram. Meher asks Aditi to check as Karan is choking. Aditi says that he inhaled lots of smoke and asks everyone to open all the windows and switch on all the fans. Aditi tries giving cpr but she couldn’t as she has asthma. Sarab offers to do but Aditi says it needs proper training.
Vikram offers to give cpr as he learnt during training. He gives cpr to Karan and Meher asks Sarab to call ambulance as they need to treat him as Karan is not opening his eyes even after cpr. Aditi says that it’s not right and they need to treat him right there. Aditi sends Sarab to gets an oxygen cylinder while she sends Vikram to her house to get her medical kit. They take Karan to Harleen’s room.
All are tensed while Param prays to God to bring back his brother. Harleen sees it teary-eyed and assures Param that nothing will happen to Karan. They both pray together to save Karan. All are crying worrying about Karan.
Vikram and Sarab comes back at the same time and rush to Aditi. Aditi fixes everything and starts treating Karan. Finally, Karan gets conscious and everyone sighs in relief. They thank God while Aditi says that they need to keep him in observation for some time. Everyone including Aditi and Vikram are sleeping around Karan at night and Sarab says the same.
Karan wakes up and everyone gets happy seeing Karan out of danger. Vikram calls someone regarding investigation and Sarab comes there. She thanks him for his help yesterday and Vikram says that he’s like a son for him too. Sarab keeps his drinks down and Vikram notices it. They both once again goes back to challenging each other over the case.
