The episode starts with Nandita telling Aarambhi that she is hiding something from them. She demands that she reveal the truth. Dimple asks Aarambhi what she is hiding in the file. Nandini says that she saw her arranging it yesterday. Dimple adds that Aarambhi didn’t argue with Vishwas to accompany him, which made her suspicious, so she followed her. She demands answers and asks what is going on. She warns that if Aarambhi doesn’t reveal the truth, she will contact Vishwas.
Aarambhi prays to God to help her as Dimple threatens her. Aarambhi fears losing everything. Dimple demands the file, but Manmeet snatches it from her and asks her to stay away from their family matters. She adds that Dimple has no manners.
Dimple again demands to know what is inside the file. Manmeet says that it is her father’s report and that Aarambhi is holding his insurance policy. Nandita says that they want to meet him. Manmeet lies that he is in the observation room and they must wait for an hour. Nandita refuses, saying they have to attend the wedding. Sunil supports her. Dimple asks Aarambhi why she didn’t inform her that she came to meet her father. Aarambhi replies that Dimple doesn’t like her meeting her parents. Dimple calls her crazy.
Meanwhile, Dhairya asks Mannat why Aishwarya is not taking any action. Mannat says she doesn’t understand anything. Dhairya suggests they wait. Mannat feels tired and drinks water, while Mallika keeps a close watch on her. Mallika sends a message to Vishaka and makes Dua fall down. Bunty rushes to call Dhairya for help.
Mallika sends Mannat to meet Yashika. Bunty stops Dhairya from going to Mannat and tells him that Dua is in trouble. Later, Manmeet asks Aarambhi if she wants to renew her license. Aarambhi says she wants to become a practicing doctor. Manmeet warns that it’s not simple and questions how she will do it without her family’s knowledge. She advises her not to do it out of revenge. Aarambhi clarifies that she is doing it for herself and her son. Manmeet says Aarambhi once got a seat but wasted it and that her family won’t allow her to practice. Aarambhi says she won’t waste this chance again and wants to complete it at any cost. Manmeet agrees to train her, and Aarambhi thanks her.
Aarambhi becomes worried about Mannat and rushes out. Mannat feels dizzy. Yashika asks Mannat to bring her nuptial chain from her room. Aarambhi calls Mannat to check if she is safe. Mannat says no one has attacked her yet and assures her she will manage. However, Mannat faints in Yashika’s room. Vishaka and Mallika lock her inside a box. Vishaka throws Mannat’s phone away. They fail to notice her chain falling down.
Aarambhi grows worried and calls Dhairya. He checks and informs her that Mannat is missing. He finds her chain and realizes he cannot track her since the tracker was in the pendant, which has fallen off.
Vishaka gives the nuptial chain to Yashika and lies that Mannat gave it to her. She implies Mannat doesn’t want to attend the wedding. Mallika takes the trunk outside.
Meanwhile, Hari meets Aishwarya. She tells him he is capable of handling the surgery. He says he won’t operate without money. Aishwarya assures him the money is ready and reminds him of his loan. Raj learns that Manmeet has a late shift and notices Hari in Aishwarya’s room. He invites him to the wedding, but Hari refuses, saying Sunil asked him to stay back and take care of Aishwarya.
Aishwarya tells Hari that Mannat is on the way. Aarambhi informs Dhairya that Mannat didn’t look well during their video call and fears something is wrong. Dhairya assures her.
Aishwarya thinks that Mannat will finally be useful, as she plans to end her life. Aarambhi reaches the venue and notices Mallika dragging a box. She becomes suspicious and follows her in an auto.
At the hospital, Manmeet notices Ravinder taking Aishwarya away and suspects something is wrong but fails to follow them. Mannat slowly regains consciousness and encourages herself. Manmeet scolds the nurse for not knowing Aishwarya’s whereabouts.
At the wedding venue, Avantika admires the arrangements and tells Vishwas that they will soon marry like this. Vishwas agrees. Yashika arrives at the mandap. Vikrant imagines Mannat as the bride but realizes it is Yashika. Dimple performs the aarti. Guests ask about Aarambhi, and Dimple says she must be somewhere. They praise Aarambhi’s values but question her absence.
Dhairya searches for Mannat but cannot find her. Aarambhi calls him and informs him that Mallika is taking a large trunk in her car and suspects Mannat is inside. Dhairya asks her to follow the vehicle and send its number so he can track it.
Manmeet tries calling Vishwas, but he doesn’t answer. She calls Aarambhi, who wonders why Manmeet is calling. Aarambhi notes the vehicle number and sends it to Dhairya. Mallika notices Aarambhi following her and becomes tense.
Dhairya asks Rony to go to Saloja Mansion and take care of Dua and Sunny while he searches for Mannat. Rony agrees.
At the wedding, Vikrant struggles emotionally and hesitates to exchange garlands with Yashika, recalling his marriage with Mannat. Eventually, they exchange garlands. Mallika gets worried as Aarambhi continues following her.
Rony arrives at Saloja Mansion. Dua brings him to Vikrant. Vikrant becomes emotional. Rony advises him to stay truthful in this marriage and leaves.
Mallika causes an accident with a handcart, blocking the road. Aarambhi loses track of her and breaks down, praying for Mannat’s safety.
Manmeet calls Aarambhi and asks her to inform Vishwas that Aishwarya is missing from the hospital. Aarambhi agrees and realizes Mannat may be in danger and possibly being taken for surgery.
