The episode starts with the staff warmly welcoming Dhruv to Neo Pulse Hospital. Dhruv makes everyone smile. Arambhi is about to leave the place with the termination letter when Dhruv stops her. Arambhi turns around, wiping her tears. Dhruv asks why she is leaving when all the staff members are there. Arambhi says that she has been fired from the hospital. Kunika gets shocked. Dhruv asks who fired her. He takes the termination letter and gives it to Kunika.
Kunika asks how they can fire Arambhi. She says Arambhi saved her and if they want to punish anyone, then they should catch the kidnapper instead. Kunika says she will call the police. Avantika asks Vishwas to stop Kunika, otherwise they will be doomed. Vishwas asks Dhruv to stop Kunika as it is their personal matter. Dhruv asks Kunika not to get involved in their family matters. Dimple agrees with him. Dhruv says Arambhi is a part of the hospital, so this is not a family matter.
Suneel says Vishwas is the co-owner and he fired Arambhi. Dhruv says Vishwas did not take his opinion and his signature is not on the letter, so no one should take him lightly. Vishwas asks him to sign it now. Dhruv says it is not needed and tears the termination letter. Kunika and the others clap happily. Dhruv welcomes Arambhi back to Neo Pulse Hospital and slowly reminds her not to forget to pay the 2.80 lakhs she owes him, as that was the value of the things that got broken while he was saving her.
Dhruv tells Vishwas that Arambhi is a capable doctor as she treated his dadi and made her feel better. Vishwas says it is wrong to break rules. Dhruv says they should first conduct a proper enquiry and then decide whether to praise Arambhi or fire her. Suneel gestures to Harry to handle the situation. Harry tells Vishwas that Dhruv is right and they can end the matter that way. Dhruv asks everyone to return to their work.
Dhruv calls Arambhi “ABC.” Harry asks what ABC means. Dhruv says it stands for Arambhi Balbir Chowdary and that he saw her results and performance during the panel exam. Arambhi thanks him for giving her the opportunity. Vishwas asks Arambhi to come to his cabin to get her appointment letter.
Arambhi and Vishwas enter the room. Vishwas says she humiliated him in front of everyone. He mocks her and questions who this DC is, why he always helps her, and why he says she is special. Arambhi recalls the moment when she saw Vishwas and Avantika’s affair. Arambhi says Bappa sent Dhruv to help her.
Vishwas says her obsession with becoming a doctor is putting their son in danger, and he regrets hiring her in the hospital because it is affecting his son and she does not care for Vihaan. He says he feels like she is no longer his wife because she stopped supporting him and started competing with him. He says she is hurting his heart. Arambhi apologises to Vishwas. Vishwas says he is glad that she finally understood his feelings.
Arambhi asks what he would do if he learned the truth about the kidnapping. She says that even after knowing everything, he did not call the police to find the kidnapper. She asks him to stop gaslighting her and stop creating doubts in her mind that she is bad. Arambhi says her heart cries every time, but she will not doubt herself or accept his accusations because God knows the truth.
Vishwas says he is right and accuses her of wanting to defeat him. They get into a heated argument. Arambhi asks him to put his hand on his heart and ask himself if she really did anything wrong. She says he can never call her a bad mother because she risked her life to save her son. She also points out that he did not even try to trace the kidnapper by asking Dhruv whether he had any rivals who wanted to harm his dadi.
Arambhi tells him to stop blaming her and reminds him that when he points one finger at her, three fingers point back at him. She says when it comes to her baby, she can do anything and he cannot fool her anymore.

Today’s episode strongly highlighted Arambhi’s emotional pain and inner strength. While Vishwas kept blaming and emotionally cornering her, Arambhi finally refused to doubt herself and gave him a strong reality check. Dhruv’s support not only saved Arambhi’s job but also gave her the confidence she badly needed. The episode beautifully balanced emotional confrontation, hidden truths, and Dhruv-Arambhi moments, making it engaging throughout.
